    Great service, Brian was professional and friendly, helped me get the car i wanted. No waiting around, they had everything ready for me to sign and go the next day when we drove down to get car. Had the car inspected detailed and a full tank of gas. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Would definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

    Joseph Townley provided exceptional service during the entire time I was at the Mini of the Woodlands. He explained the options available to purchase the car as well as keeping me informed, while I was waiting on the financing department, to close the purchase. I would recommend Joseph if you are interested in purchasing or leasing a car from the Mini of the Woodlands.

    We recently purchased a car at Mini of the Woodlands. Our salesperson, Donhan Murrell, is fantastic. Don worked diligently 24/7 to find us a car that we absolutely love.   • Leasing a Countryman

    My daughter Amy was concerned about the reliability of her 6 year old BMW X3 (yes a few minor repairs recently all past warranty). So we when car shopping and learned about leasing from Keith at Mini of The Woodlands. Because Amy is still in college and starting to work mostly full time she needed a good on gas vehicle yet big enough to haul stuff around. The Countryman was a gret fit and the lease gets more vehicle than we expected for the cost. When the license plates came in the receptionist, Ms. C., called to advise and had us bring in the car for plate installation. Not only did they install the plates but the car got a fluid check and car wash. Looking forward to see what the service will be with Mini. PS Mom has had no issues with the X3 since she decided to drive it.

    MINI - Overall, a professional, friendly and approachable group responsible for a large fleet of the full MINI line. The atmosphere here is reflective of the MINI brand - FUN (and laidback, but professional, as well as a clean showroom and cared for vehicles). An excellent trading and buying experience! Service Department: Landon, very good - knowledgeable, professional, friendly, If you want to talk accessories or upgrades for your MINI, I believe Landon (a Countryman owner) is ready for you; Sales Staff: - James, very good; Keith, excellent - both were knowledgeable, professional, generous, and friendly. James, Keith, & Reese met us a few minutes after 7pm on a Friday so that we could finalize our trade in and the purchase of our 2014 MINI Countryman S. Reception: Annabelle, I doubt you can find a better person to manage the function of greeting owners and potential buyers. If she's the one responsible for the refreshments & lounge area, she's doing a top notch job. Very friendly and professional. Lounge: Cozy and comfortable with a large screen TV, a decent choice of snacks (different options on my 4 visits), cold water, and hot beverages, as well as a convenient counter to set up your laptop. Restroom - (women's) clean. BMW - We only entered the magnificent showroom en route to Reese's (Maurice) office to conduct our financial business; we found Reese to be friendly and professional. The transaction went smoothly. I won't hesitate to refer friends, family, or acquaintances to MINI of The Woodlands.

  • Terrible, inexcusable

    Took my MINI in for a walnut shell carbon removal - lied about how long it would take (said a few days turned into 2 weeks) didn't wash my car, drained all the coolant out of it and now my car leaks it badly. When I called (hoping they would take account of their screw ups) they just denied and the manager (Jolene) never called me back. I have already told one person at work I will pay them out of my own pocket not to go there.

    It was so nice to walk into a dealership that does not attack you. Our sales person Daniella was so refreshing and pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the product that she was selling. I will definitly recommend Mini of the Woodlands to friends.

    Multiple bad experiences with Momentum service led me to MotW's doorstep for service. My service advisor (Audrey) was kind, quick and careful to address my needs... though, in the end the charges quickly added up to more than I was willing to invest in my 60k+ mile 2011 S hardtop (no fault of the dealership... I needed to have a lot done). I opted to instead shop for a new vehicle. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted in my new MINI. Regardless, Mike H. (sales advisor) went out of his way to ensure he was putting me in a vehicle that suited my needs. From Q&A, to test drives, to final choice and financing, to post-sale followup, I have been made to feel well informed and comfortable with my purchase. This is my eight car purchase, and MINI of the Woodlands has proven to be a real class act in my history as a consumer. Would, and probably will, do business here again.

    Bought our car via auto-nation so it ended up coming in through Mini of the Woodlands. Their support was excellent as all actions Mini of the Woodlands were done quickly and completely. The car was shipped very quickly (once they were told by Auto-Nation to ship it) and the tags came quickly without delay (an important part - as have had other dealers screw the tags up).

    This dealership is really wonderful to deal with. Keith, my salesman was really knew about the cars and he answered all of my questions. He was easy to talk to and not pushy. The financial folks were friendly and told me about all of the options, but they did not pressure me to buy packages I did not want or need. Keith called me the day after my purchase to see if I have any questions and told me to come by the dealership anytime if I ever have any questions or concerns. I bought a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman S. It drives like a sports car and it is so much fun to drive, yet it is sure footed on slick streets. It is a head turner and all my friends love it.
