    I called in a problem that my rear right wheel kept losing air pressure even though I had been refilling it with air every 2 weeks or so. Jesse was great and very helpful when I brought in my car. They took a look and sent me pictures that there was a deep nail that went into the tire. Since they are run-flat tires, they were not able to patch or plug the tire, and Jesse was able to clearly explain this to me. Excellent service

    Great people, Great Service, No Surprises! Like most of us, I have a busy schedule. My Service Manager Ryan is always prepared. I show up at the designated time, they are ready, Loaner car process is quick and easy. I receive regular updates on the repairs, realistic timeframe, solid cost estimates and no high pressure upselling of services. Basically no surprises - I like that! Highly recommend.

    My complete purchase experience from "Greeting" , "Vehicle selection", "Order", "Vehicle build and delivery" as well as any questions answered and helpful comments after delivery was the best I have ever enjoyed in at least 50 years of purchasing automobiles. I am immense impressed with BMW of Dallas and their personal in all departments including, SALES, (SAMANTHA CICCONE), Management, Finance and Tech support.

    The sales representative was very knowledgeable and patient. I came in with little knowledge about the vehicle I wanted, but the representative filled me in on every detail to know about BMW. This was my first car purchase. I usually get buyers anxiety when talking to dealers in the past just because of the fear of taking on a new commitment. But, the sales representative eased all concern and fear. I highly recommend anyone buying their first car to BMW of Dallas. You will truly feel like you are joining a family.

    My BMW needed regularly scheduled service and BMW of Dallas did a great job of quickly getting my car service completed. Also my lease was almost over and my advisor suggested I talk to the sales team about my options...I left that day with a new 535i! It was a great day! Great service in the service department and the sales department.

    My advice, KNOW the honest value of your car for trade purposes. I emphasize honest value. Second, know the value of the car they are trying to sell you. Doesn't take much guesswork here when the price is clearly published for the whole world to see. Nothing worse than having a Dealer totally and completely waste your time manipulating numbers, and NOT honoring the published price of a vehicle. I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from these guys before. Today, I learned that my old Salesman is no longer with the Dealership. Shame on the new tactics.

    Overall I would give 5-stars. Our sales person, Samantha provided excellent service. She appeared to be honest and not playing games to make a sale. The sales manager appeared to be straight forward during this process. I would return to this dealership to purchase another vehicle. They made the process very easy.

    The sales and experience at BMW of Dallas was excellent, however the delivery of the new vehicle was not. The "run flat" tires were an issue, brought to their attention as a shimmy/vibration in the drive, it took an extra visit and need explanation to have the issue taken care of. The tires were finally replaced (sitting on the lot for > 6months, they became molded)...yielding a vibration drive. Their service department may need to pay a little more attention to the customers insights.

    We did not purchase the car at this dealership, but we have been treated like we did from the first time we walked through the doors. Most dealerships will give you the "appointment is three weeks out" routine if you did not buy there. Never had that problem at Mini of Dallas. They have always worked hard to get the car in and taken care of in the quickest way possible. We live 350 miles away, they understand that and they work with us to get the service work done while we are in the area. No better service department around. When you go in, ask for Joe Burk. He is top notch.

    We loved our experience purchasing a pre-owned BMW X5 from Kevin Choi and BMW of Dallas. We were treated like we purchased a new vehicle versus a pre-owned. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. If/when the vehicle does need service there is a very nice/clean and over-sized waiting area with free wi-fi. I would have given them 5 stars but I think they under valued my trade in a bit. Still a great experience.

    Mini of Dallas took my Clubman in for needed service and did a fantastic job getting the vehicle back to excellent running condition. George, my device rep, was great! He was very thorough and clear as to the needs of the car and making sure I understood. Dealership did a remarkable job to ensure I was taken care of in addition to my Mini. Many thanks to all, esp.     I saw a used Mini Cooper on one of the local car sites, that appeared slightly over KBB value, but it had low miles and we were looking for an economical first car for our daughter, so we stopped-by. We asked Andres for the bottom line price. He came back with their bottom-line cost which was where we wanted to be. No hassle, no BS, very easy. We wanted to finance through our bank and we were not hassled to use the BMW financing option. We will consider them for our next car purchase!
