David was extremely knowledgeable about the car and helped us come up to speed quickly. We've had the car for… three weeks now and I'm still amazed at how great the 528i is. This was the best buying experience I have had: in the first place the car sold itself--it is beautiful machine. It took two… months for me to make us my mind, lots of conversation, questions and visits. The sales rep was the consomate gentleman with the patience of "Job" who carefully answered every question, allowed me to drive all the models I wished to drive and never pressured me at anytime. If you go there ask for David C., you will be pleased with this young man's charm but most of all his knowledge of BMW cars.George, thanks so much for these comments. Buyer Beware
by grs1 on 01/18/2014updated 04/29/2025I purchased a 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive 28i on December 20, 2013 with the expectation the key fob and owners manual would be delivered within a few days. The car has been stored in my garage and I have been emailing the salesman, Scott P. Earlier… this week, he had FedEx deliver a used owners manual for a different model from 2008 along with a generic key fob that did not work. I confronted his deceptive behavior and gave him a deadline of today to correct. His response was to email me that he would be at my house after 8:00PM tonight. I viewed this as a threat and called his General Manager, Ted T. I asked Ted to help me understand why this has been neglected for 30 days and to help me understand why the title has also not been delivered along with Texas registration and license plate as I paid cash one (1) month ago. The salesman and dealership took my money and then neglected me until this threat.Grs1, the last thing we would want is for a customer to feel threatened at any point of interaction with our dealership. Great experience at Mini/BMW of Dallas

We had a great experience from initially e-mailing with our motoring/sales advisor, Jorge D. He sent us the information we requested and then we went to the… dealership to look at a few cars we'd seen on the dealer inventory list. Jorge helped us check out several cars with various options we were interested in and helped us find one that had just what we wanted. Jorge was courteous and very helpful throughout the process, providing a lot of good information without being pushy. We are thoroughly enjoying our Countryman so far!Joe Y.

He helped my through the process of custom ordering my car from start to finish. Giving me very good advice the whole way through. Chris… explained to me that it would take about 5 to 6 weeks for my car to make it from Germany and that he would keep me informed of it's progress. Everything he said was true and right on target. He even put up with my emails asking about the car signed "Anxiously Awaiting" when he had nothing new to tell me. He is an Outstanding Salesman who made my buying experience very easy. I wish I could use Chris on all my other purchases too!!! The facility was beautiful and very, very clean and well maintained. The rest of the staff I dealt with were very professional and very easy to get along with. As for the car, what can I say. It's a BMW!!! It's Awesome. The first weekend I had it, since I picked the car up on a Friday, I put 300 miles on it and got sunburned in the process!!! In closing, let me say, in my opinion, the Dealership, the staff, and especially Chris J. are truly a 5-Star group!!!Great experience with Mini of Dallas

BMW of Dallas offered to let us "borrow" a new X5 for two days, which cemented the deal to buy. We… decided to "build" our car to get all the features we wanted (although there were lots of great choices on site at the dealership), and our new car was delivered in less than 3 weeks!Best Salesman ever!!!

When we saw a BMW X 5 advertisement in the Internet from BMW Dallas, we made our trip to BMW on a Saturday afternoon. Salesperson Alex G. was waiting for us and… he treated us great and gave us the tour of the car and took us for a test drive. We fall in love with the car, finally agreed on a price and left a $1000.00 deposit to hold the car, while we were working on our financing. Alex G. is a great guy to work with, he went out of his way to help us in the whole process and I am very much pleased with his services. A pleasant experience

Found the car, a Lexus RX, on line, spoke with a very nice Sales Associate, Olivia C.… and arrived at an agreeable price. the next morning I checked the listing and found that the price had been reduced. When I called, they told me they would honor the reduced price. flew to Dallas the following day and was picked up at the airport by Ric C., facilitator, who took me the rest of the way. I was and still am totally impressed with their courtesy and candor.I'm VERY HAPPY!!
