Poor BMW Service
by DMEYER51 on 10/04/2023My car stalled on the freeway in rush hour. I had it towed to BMW OF DALLAS for repair. They charged me $700 to replace a high pressure fuel sensor. A week later, the car stalled in the exact same way leaving me stranded again. Another tow… ($215). This time they replaced the fuel pump. It works correctly now. I paid for a repair that didn’t fix my car plus another tow ($1000). It is extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody at BMW of Dallas. No email addresses on their website. The service department doesn’t answer & doesn’t return calls messages left on answering machine. You have to go to BMW in person to get any results. Oil change

The service advisor's will let you know any and all the services your car might need but if you don't want them you can simply turn them down. It… normally takes about 1 1/2, hours for the oil change a bit long but manageable. Overall very Happy 😊, thank you BMW of DallasHi, thank you for sharing your positive experience! Sales is good, management & follow up not so much

Sales agreement
by Poor exp on 09/22/2023The sales agreement was not filled out correctly. Paid cash for the car and it showed sales amount due. Took literally countless emails, messages and calls to finally get it corrected. Between that and the finance guy being so extremely… rude and irritated because we didn’t want any extra warranties and him not giving us a paid in full receipt, made it a terrible experience. Could not get the general manager or sales manager to return an email or call. Never did contact us. Be More Like Mercedez-Benz
by AJax1231 on 09/19/2023In the end, I was able to obtain what I needed. However, the customer service is non-existent. Every person you encounter acts like it's a burden to wait on you. You have to approach someone to get help as employees will not come to you and… ask how they can support you. Norma has the flattest affect and has no joy in her voice. The man at the parts desk on Saturday 9/16/23 could not have been more put out and told me to go find a service advisor. Who is a service advisor? He told me just to approach someone at a desk. I did and that man acted like I had ruined his day just asking for help. This has been my experience every time I have come in since I purchased this car in 2020. Purchase of new car

Since I was scheduled for Hip replacement surgery on Monday, 8/28, I was unable to pick-up my vehicle when it arrived. The… outstanding crew at BMW of Dallas; especially our salesman, Joe Eckert, allowed us to do all paperwork in advance, then Joe personally delivered my new car to my home, 4-days after surgery! I couldn't be happier with the X4M vehicle!! Sad thing is, I'm still unable to drive per doctor's orders, but I've got one week left. Unmet Expectations
by Todd on 08/30/2023I purchased a vehicle on a Monday and was told by the salesperson they would paint the bumpers as there were imperfections. The bumper was painted and the car was delivered 5 days later, on a Saturday. By Monday morning I knew the seats… would not work with my back due to a previous back surgery. I called and they said they would not honor the 5 day money back guarantee although I didn't take possession of the vehicle until 5 days after purchase. I was told they would "trade out" for another vehicle within the AutoNation group. After finding a vehicle of equal value they said they would not "trade out" but offered me a "trade in" value for the car they just sold me for a 23% depreciation for having the car less than 1 week. I was never told the 5 days would begin as soon as signed or I would have taken the vehicle as is to make sure it was a good fit for me. The car is beautiful, but it sits in my garage until I can figure out what to do with it.Hi Todd, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at BMW of Dallas. Hi Sandy - I did try to call and speak with the GM, but I couldn't get through the "gatekeeper" at the front desk. I also left a voicemail with the Sales Manager, but they never returned my phone call. I'm not sure what to do next.
Courteous Service

They did not have a loaner, so I was a little concerned and frustrated, but they got me an Uber to… my Dr and back. My car was ready when I returned from my appointment, so everything worked out perfectly. They were very nice and helpful. I drive to BMW Dallas from Plano instead of going to BMW in Plano because I’ve always gotten such better treatment. It’s worth the extra drive to get people who actually act like they care.
