The GM 27 point inspection apparently was not performed since no results were listed. The dealership did provide transportation to and from… my house which was good. by oj010775 on 07/17/2016I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado for an oil change and I always use fiesta Chevrolet since I bought my truck there. The day after it was serviced I started noticing an unusual sound from under the hood. At first i thought it was the radio or… other vehicles next to me. I payed attention a little closer to the sound and sure enough it was my truck making that chirping noise. I visually inspected it and found no loose belt or anything else. Talked to a former Chevy mechanic and he gave me some advice. They probably used the wrong synthetic oil in your engine he said and that's what's making that noise. He said its a lifter getting stuck and that my truck for being a 2011 should not be having these type of problems yet!! So now taking it back and see what fiesta Chevrolet has to say....Great Service!
