Unhappy
by Joe on 03/20/2025My Truck was brought in for repairs and was covered by the manufacturers warranty on February 28th. vehicle was finally looked at on March 3rd and was told that it would be the middle of the following week. It is now March 20th and my… truck has yet to be worked on. Not to mention this place had ZERO loaner vehicles that they could give me. All they could do was reimburse me up to $40 a day for a rental (which would probably take 4-8 weeks to receive). Very unhappy with the services provided or should I say lack of services provided. I am still not 100% confident that the issues with this truck will be fixed but time will tell.Joe, thank you for leaving us feedback. Never returning
by MLHobbs on 03/14/2025My first visit to service department for my first oil change, I was unaware of the process. After receiving two “green to go” texts, I ventured out to service department to ask if my vehicle was ready? I asked if my request to clean a… sticky tar substance from my sun/moon roof window was complete. The service tech said he would check. I then asked for a receipt of service. He thought he already gave it to me. Nothing had been done or even touched. This was a residue from factory build upon purchase last September. We purchased the vehicle fresh off the delivery truck. After waiting for two days for the vehicle to be detailed out and perfectly cleaned upon purchase, I received it in an unprepared state. I was hoping to have issue resolved yesterday. I requested a manager to understand my request. He inspected and consoled to me about fingerprints. I redirected him to the sticky tar residue on the inside glass from a factory build. I continued to wait, only to receive notice that they need to polish. After waiting more than an hour for the whole process, I declined, asked for my keys, and left vowing to never return. I will not return for maintenance or recommend to friends or family. Oh, on a side note… while I had to stand around waiting, I witnessed a service tech wheeling herself around in a chair, back and forth on the floor instead of getting up to walk. Lazy! Others had time to stand and watch tv in the customers lounge. There is no evident pride in work or customer service at Hiley.Thank you for reaching out to us. Painless experience

Braden and Trent maybe.) got right to work on taking the bolts a… loose and fixing the issue. No charge, just kind service. I was very appreciative. When I would call, I was given the same speech every time as if he was reading from a script, “The mechanic has your keys now. He has a lot on his plate. I will get… back to you as soon as I know something, etc.” Train staff to shoot straight. This is why women have a chip on their shoulder. This tells us absolutely nothing about the status of the vehicle. We need measurable data. For example, there are 8 cars in front of yours, now there are 5 cars, etc. I know places are short staffed. I know it may take longer than I would like (5 days to tell me nothing was wrong). I am a grown woman. I can handle it. Please shoot straight with me. Don’t make me sit through 10 minutes of empty words. I appreciate the car wash when I have my car serviced there but this time Adrian said they didn’t wash it because I had a chip on my windshield. They did rotate my tires as part of the oil change so that was nice. Also, the message for Adrian’s voicemail says he will call me back at his soonest convenience, which may very well be true, but you may want to reconsider the word choice.Hi, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Hiley Buick GMC of Fort Worth. Hiley - False and Fake Advertising Just To Get You In the Dealership

They advertise vehicles (e.g. 2020 Buick Enclaves) that are well below the price they would actually sell it for, just to get you into the dealership. I am not talking about a… 2-3% price increase after entering the dealership, I am talking to 15-20% price increase once you are in the dealership. When you ask where are those vehicles they actually advertised, they will say sold or loaned out. I emailed about 4 vehicles, all 4 were on a Friday, but gone on Saturday? Don't waste your money or time
by Ashleyr on 02/09/2021Do not even waste your time buying a vehicle from them! I bought a used gmc acadia and of course bought the warranty on it for over $2000. The car messed up literally 2 weeks after I bought it and after going back and forth with them about… it they say the parts aren't covered on my warranty. What a joke...they won't return my call and refuse to do anything about it. Horrible business practices! Oh and not to mention they sold the car to me with some snow tires that come to find out were illegal for Texas!Not good

We openly discussed all of the numbers and I felt no pressure. I got a great… deal and the after sale service has been surprisingly helpful. I have never taken that into consideration, but these guys want to be your complete car purchase and care resource. I got into a fender bender within a week, and they held my hand through that, too. I am a Hiley GMC fan.New Car purchase

After our first contact with him slowed, we contacted two other dealerships, but neither wanted to work for us(fast, good price, find right car). Had follow up contact with Cantu by email, again we let him know we… were REALLY serious buyers. He found us two cars, told us one was a NO GO, the other perfect. We went to the dealer within @24 hours, signed paperwork--- he made it easy to understand & very comfortable. Gave us EXACTLY what we wanted & agreed on. Car was ready 48 hours later(had to come from out of state). Only negatives, finance guy almost made my hubby & I back out of the deal while he told us how TERRIBLE & SUPER EXPENSIVE electronic & car issues could be in the future (trying to sell warranties). We agreed that he gave us the impression that GMC's were not a good long term investment. Loud & pounding were his techniques. Nice guy I believe, just trying too hard to make money. Just giving wrong impression. Most employees there (you see @12) stare at you, look at you, but do not smile, wave or greet you. BUT John DOES!Will tell others to seek him out. Fair, honest, nice guy.Easy buying experience
