    My husband and I bought a used Honda Odyssey form David Mc David Honda of Frisco about 6 months ago with an added warranty from Wynns . A month after we took the car home it kept dying on us. We took it to David Mc Davids service department to have it looked at they told us it was a bad battery. Only having the car for a month we were hoping they would just replace it for us at no cost. Unfortunately, we had already driven it off the lot so we were told it was our problem by the mechanic manager. We replaced the battery and guess what? - It was still randomly dying on us. We took it back to David McDavid's to have it looked at again only to be told that they could not find anything wrong with it and sent us on our way. We then took it to a local mechanic who looked at it and told us the wiring was mixed up (or something like that) and the battery was being drained because the car was being told the lights were on when they weren't. We then paid $400 out of pocket for that to be repaired because our extended warranty would not cover it. Now the Odyssey is having transmission problems. Honda has told us that they don't repair transmissions they only replace them. We told them about our warranty with Wynns and how we bought the car form this dealership. When we dropped the car off to them they told us they accepted this warranty. We were also told by McDavid when we bought the car that this Wynns warranty was accepted at EVERY Honda Dealership. I got a call form David McDavid's Honda of Frisco this morning notifying me that they contacted Wynns. Wynns wants them to tear down the transmission to document whats wrong with it. McDavid's service man told me that they do NOT and do NOT suggest the transmission be torn down. Then he added that they don't accept the Wynn warranty. He told me that they are too difficult to deal with and that not many mechanics will work with them. When we bought this car we paid for this extended warranty with the notion that when our car was having problems we would be able to take it to David Mc Davids Honda of Frisco, or any Honda dealership for that matter, and if a problem developed with our car then we would have the ability to have our automobile fixed. This is the smoke and mirrors we were sold by David McDavid's Honda dealership. We have found that is is NOT THE CASE. We have been lied to many times by this dealership and they are not to be trusted. TAKE NOTICE - don't buy the Wynns warranty! I'm finding out hardly anybody works with them! If a car salesman try's to sell you the Wynns warranty just walk out and buy a car somewhere else because who knows what else the dealership is lying about. Their own service department doesn't even take the warranty's they sell!

    Very professional and customer-focus service dept. A number of items to fix, but all was done in time and when promised. And it was all covered by the extended warranty that I have forgotten about. Even the shuttle service was a breeze.

    I had a great experience at David McDavid. Both Aaron K. and Dave C. made sure that I got the right Honda Accord for my needs. Dave was patient with me while I drove numerous models and Aaron made sure that I had the best deal possible. Kenneth J. in finance worked with me to get a lower interest rate and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. It was a great experience!

    I recently purchased my certified pre-owned Honda Accord from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. From the first contact, Chris T. put me at ease and made me I feel that I wouldn't be going to any other dealership. I'd researched many cars and knew exactly what I wanted. Chris listened to what I needed, I told him what kind of deal I wanted and bam... he just worked out a deal that would be one of the best car deals I've ever had. Chris, Jesse and Rosy have made me feel like a dealership VIP! I am so pleased to be a member of the David McDavid family with my Acura and my new Honda. I know I will always be getting exceptional service at a good price. Thanks again, and I love my new Honda!

    This was my first time purchasing a vehicle (2013 CRV EX--very first brand new car!!) going into the dealership informed & having done a lot of research. Christ hit me up with all the car salesman-speak, which was expected..it's his job. I went in with a very specific price in mind. When they didn't appear to want to meet that number, I was prepared to leave. The finance guy was pushy. "No one comes back here (meaning his finance office) unless they're ready to buy! I was under the impression that you were coming to sign." Well, sorry you got your wires crossed, dude, I'm out! When I left that office, headed for the exit, I was bum rushed by 3 dudes not daring to let me leave. Again, I expect this kind of pushy behavior from sales people so I wasn't upset by it. I was actually mildly amused. Anywho....bottom line, they came down to a price that was reasonable & in line with what the average person was paying & what Kelly Blue Book said was fair, so I bought the car. I left thinking I got a fair deal and I left happy. The sales team was likely happy. They were all friendly enough.

    I had a good experience purchasing my second Honda vehicle from McDavid of Frisco. I was going to get the internet quote but decided to try out the car. The sales person, Chris T., was very professional and listened to my need. I went back to McDavid with my offer and they made it work. Chris was very professional and attentive throughout the process.

    I went over David Mcdavid to look for a used Honda, I was not very sure of the type of car I wanted, I was approached by Sharouz; after greeting me, he was very helpful and professional; he took his time to show me all the different cars they had available, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or acted pushy; at the end I found the car I was looking for, I was happy with the price, and with the service that Sharouz and the rest of the staff provided; I definitely will recommend someone to visit Sharouz at David Mcdavid, he'll make your car shopping a pleasant experience

    After checking with two other dealers that were closer to where we live, (one of the dealers which we have bought our last two Honda accords) but did not have the car in stock that I wanted (color, manual transmission) and after being contacted by e-mail and phone by what seemed to be a nice young gentleman and turned out to actually be true and not the pushy type, but very helpful, we turned what was a rainy day into a satisfying business transaction with a dealer we have not done any business with in the past.

    Thanks to Jacquelyen C. - we drove off the lot very happy in our 2013 Honda Pilot. It was a very seamless process. We found the vehicle on thier website at 8pm Thursday night. Arrived at the dealership at 1145am Friday morning and Jackie greeted us with the keys to the Honda Pilot. We drove away in our Pilot at 215pm - very happy very easy! We absolutely love David McDavid - this is our 5th vehicle we have purchased there - always satisfied! Highly recommend!!

    I asked for a price quote via the internet (got quotes from 14 different dealerships). They sent me back the MSRP twice and wanted us to come to the dealership. The reason we wanted to do internet pricing was to avoid wasting time and going to the dealership to get the high-pressure sales tactics. Don't bother with this place. We purchased out of state and got a way better deal on the Odyssey we wanted.

    Overall best new car-buying experience to date. This is the fifth Honda that I have bought and first one from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Over a two day period, I negotiated the purchase via email and the phone after making making an initial internet query on their website. Once everything was agreed upon, I went to the dealership, test drove the car, and bought it. I was out the door in less than three hours. There were no surprises. I interacted with about six folks and all were professional, courteous, and helpful. I routinely bring my other car which is also a Honda for preventive maintenance to David McDavid Honda of Frisco Service Department. They are equally focussed on professionalism, courtesy and customer service. We agree on the repair, price, and how long it will take...and then they do it. Again, no surprises.

    None ever came close to the price I was seeking and I don't believe their staff were as friendly and would have been a horrible nightmare even after the purchase of a vehicle. Thank you Mo and the gentleman from Peru in the Finance dept where excellent service was provided, you were wonderful and made a stressful experience, wonderful.. Thank you again.

    I traded the 2010 toyota corolla le for the honda civic 2011. The civic is a far far better built car, it feels solid, drives over the bumps without shaking vertrebae all the way to your brain. I drive from dallas to houston, at the end of my drive my body is not as stiff as when I was driving in the toyota. At the dealership everyone I dealt with was very gracious. I dealt with Candy Grantham and her team. I love my Honda, it is a little jewel.

    This was the first dealership I visited for my 2011 Honda Crossover shopping. My salesman, Robert, had no knowledge of the car (apparently, it was his first day on the job) and couldn't even get the name of the car right. He didn't seem interested enough into getting me the details I asked for: he had to keep going back to his sales manager to answer even the most basic questions I had about the vehicle. When I asked for a brochure, he told me to go look at their site online. He even complained to me how long his working hours were and how much more money he made in his previous job doing real estate. Needless to say, I could sell a car better than he could have and I disregarded his quotes as a joke. They wouldn't negotiate: they were asking for the same price of a brand new 2011 Crosstour at Bankston Honda in Lewisville on a pre-certified 2010 Crosstour with 8,000 miles on their lot. Sorry, but if you don't have an experienced car salesman who can't even get the simplest facts or numbers straight, you won't get my money.

    Leased a new CR-Z on Memorial Day 2011. Josh Solon the Internet Manager was exceptional as a salesperson. I did not have to haggle on price and received the "deal" I was looking for on the exact car I wanted. Follow up calls and emails have been exchanged to ensure my satisfaction was met. I would have to say overall my experience was Exceptional, and Josh was amazing.

    I have always bought my cars cash and have a very difficult time making decisions, big or small, so buying a car was especially difficult for me. It took me two trips and a few months of research before I was ready. I worked with David A., in sales for new and used cars, and he was outstanding. He was very patient when I wanted to look at the same cars over and oooooover again! I had walked in expecting to get a car that would take care of my needs for a few years and that was going to be good enough. With the help of Manlio P. and Rob K. I was able to get a car far better than what I hoped.

    Closest dealer to me, 2 miles from my home. Went to them, test drove a CR-V. Asked for their best quote. Was never given one. Still showed all my cards, and told my best offer. Manager Franklin walks up and say, you guys are more than 2000 buck off and says no deal. But sill keep bugging thro email and phone and said they will match a competitor price. Got quote from a competitor that was very close to my best offer. But the other dealer dint have the color i wanted. Printed the quote email and walked into david mcdavid. The sales person Aaron was rude and looked as though i had typed the emal myself and printed it off. Took to his manager and came back and very rudely said, "if someone is offering at this price, i say go and grab it right now. there is no way anybody would every do it." That was actually a good piece of advice. We just drove over and got it from the other dealer, who was very nice though dint get our first choice colors. Very happy that did not give business to these rude folks.

    I purchased a used car with Roberto and the process was easy. I did my research and new what my previous car was worth, how much the new car was going for, and how much financing and warranty would cost. They offered exactly what I was expecting on all. From walk-in to keys-in-hand took less than 90 minutes. If you have the chance, make this a place to shop for your next vehicle!

    Traded in my 2008 toyota 4runner for a 2013 Honda Ridge Line RTL. I'm loving my honda ridge line, best vehicle I ever drove, very smooth ride. My sales guy was Jesse G which did every thing possible to get me into this vehicle. Oh did I mention all the great perks from McDavid Honda of Frisco like free car washes .
