Wonderful place!

Joe was the initial sales person that was helping us look for a vehicle and he was awesome. We missed him on Saturday so Paul helped us as… well! Paul was an amazing salesman, he made us feel comfortable and didn’t rush us even though we didn’t make it in until later in the evening. Great Sales experience!
by Kristofer Gerlach on 08/22/2022I knew before I went that if I was able to negotiate a fair deal that it was going to be a go. Paul was great. No high pressure sales, very knowledgable about the car and was able to negotiate with me to reach where I felt happy with the… results. He has been great about follow up after the sale as well. I absolutely love the car! I want to take a minute to single out Josh in service. I got a nail in my tire on the way home and I took it over to the dealership i bought my other VW Tiguan at and they told me that they could fill it up with air but that I needed to take it to Hendrick. It was 4:30 and took me 35 minutes to get there, but they got it fixed in no time and were absolutely fantastic on their customer service skills. So much so that even though its a 35 minute trip out to Frisco I will be taking it there when it needs something. Zhong Ren is great

Robert has a great personality and was very patient with us. He didn't pressure us and… made the car buying process very enjoyable. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my rims himself after it was detailed in order to make it perfect. After I bought the car, he spent one-on-one time with me to walk me through all the different buttons/settings on my car so I felt absolutely comfortable driving the car. Despite the numerous headaches from other dealerships and car salesmen, Zhong was amazing from the… start. He was super friendly and kept me in the loop with everything regarding the vehicle I was looking into. There was some minor damage on the used car I bought from the previous owner and he went above and beyond to get everything fixed and look like new. Great dealership, friendly people and smooth buying process

With the turbo charged engine and all wheel drive option, it feels… very powerful. The fuel economy and practicality is a pleasant bonus. I would like to thank George Strong who recommended the Car to me and helped me throughout the process. Car buying made easy - for real!

He had all the paperwork ready, the car washed and fueled, and parked right up front when we arrived. 3 hours later, we… were driving away happy. Very good experience at Frisco VW.
