Seized Engine Repair
by Tonya M. on 02/01/2024From the very beginning of having my car towed to the dealership, my service advisor Jerry Ward was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in for diagnostic testing as I was unsure of the issue. Jerry made me feel like he had… everything under control and would get it taken care of no matter what the reason found. Upon hearing my engine seized I was a nervous wreck, hurt, and depressed for a day or two. However, Mr. Ward made it seem as I had only chipped a nail and it was such an easy fix. I received a loaner, the communication on the time frame of when the car would be complete, the cost, and all other questions I had were answered in a timely manner. My service advisor made me feel as if I was the only customer, however, I could see all of the bays were completely filled, with cars over flowing in the parking lot! Thank you Mr. Ward and Advantage BMW for taking care of me and my car! :)Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jerry at Advantage BMW Midtown! Very quick tire replacement and superb wash

Service was completed around 2pm that day and it was great that Advantage got it in and out so quickly and I am always guaranteed OEM parts… and the dealership service centerIt's fantastic that Advantage was able to accommodate your service appointment ahead of schedule and complete the service quickly.
