    The experience was short and sweet. Burton was honest and did not try to hold anything back. Bought a great car at a fair price. No pressure even through the finance discussion. Will definitely go back the next time I need a car.

    The experience with the sales group was excellent. The salesman took his time with me and showed me all of the vehicles that I wanted to look at. I ended up buying the very last one we looked at. Finance was really slow. I sat around for hours waiting to get to finance to close the deal and sign the paperwork. Once I got in, it went very smooth. Since I've bought the vehicle, I've had to deal with the service department. Not a very pleasant experience. I would not recommend this dealership to family or friends only because of the service department.

    Worst experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. The salesman, Omar, was great! The sales manager, Hector Duran, was absolutely horrible. He is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I traded in my truck and kept receiving calls that the payoff had never been sent in. I called and left messages to have him call me back SEVERAL times and he NEVER returned my call. I FINALLY was able to get in touch with him and he told me that it is not his job to follow up with customers, he says it is the salesman's job. He was very rude over the phone and refused to give me any information on the payoff of the truck I had traded in. I highly recommend avoiding this ridiculous excuse of a manager if at all possible. Wish I could give zero stars to him.

    We had a very good experience working with AutoNation Ford. In particular, Xavier was very patient with us. We looked at more than just a few Mustang GT Premiums. I never felt pushed or rushed by any of the AutoNation team to make a decision. They let me figure out what I wanted to do on my own by giving me plenty of space. We were able to come to terms on the price of the vehicle, our trade, and a great extended warranty without a lot of back and forth haggling. That was because Xavier was going to bat for us behind the scenes and making a case for us. I would highly recommend giving AutoNation a try.

    Let me start by saying we had a great experience with the sales person and the sales team. However, we did not have a great experience with financing. We purchased an extended warranty the day of sale and told we could cancel at anytime. The very next week we requested the extend warranty be cancelled. It has now been Six weeks after purchase and we are still trying to have the warranty cancelled. I will not return to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

    I worked mainly with Xavier on the sale. They remained respectful with me the whole time and I never felt super pressured or rushed. My only complaint is that I feel it took a little longer than necessary to negotiate to the final price. But other than that, it was a good experience. I will also note this was my first car purchasing experience and it could have been alot worse.

    Everything was great until I went to get my vehicle they were trying to charge me for the service, I explained to the service advisor that I had a prepaid package, I had also put it in my appointment notes that I had a prepaid package, lady at the window had to search on computer to find when I paid for package. No one had scanned the prepaid package.

    I saw a vehicle on their web site being advertised at a good price. When I got there to buy it they started adding dealer packs at insane prices for useless like door edge plastic for $300. They bait you with a good price on their web site then add garbage charges onto the price and insult you when you object. The place is rip city, I believe they will try to screw the buyer at every step of the sale. Look elsewhere for an honest deal.

    Amongst the Ford dealerships in the Southeast Houston area, Autonation would be the best by far in my experience. I have been to other Ford dealerships multiple times and there were always something that irks me in terms of customer service. Autonation was the only one that is accommodating and customer focused. No attitudes, no rude remarks, no push back, just always pleasant and to the point. I will make this my designate service stop for the forseeablee future.

    Good service department, bad sales staff. Returning customer one would think they would be treated a bit better, not here. Its nothing but a bunch of crooked people here. Dont go here.

    I made my appointment to get the oil changed on the telephone and my appointment 2 hours after I called them. They took my truck and I was driving home after a couple of hours.

    Just before the 4th of July, I had settled on an F150, so I visited this dealership and met Mr JC Robinson. We test drove a 150, and I said I wanted to think about it. The next day, I emailed JC and he responded with a formal quote. I came by the next day, drove the truck and decided to buy that one. I would characterize it as a low-pressure, no surprises experience. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted in the email. I financed with Ford, so the Finance guy certainly wanted me to purchase extras, but I politely declined and all was well. On my way out, JC said "You mentioned that you were a veteran." I had mentioned that I was Air Force during Viet Nam. He said that Ford had a veteran appreciation program and that I should fill out some forms, send them to him and he would send them to Ford. Ford would then send me a check for $1,000 because I had fulfilled all the conditions of the special offer. I received that check yesterday. I appreciated the fact that JC mentioned the program, and that Ford was prompt in honoring its commitments. Well done.

    Our family went to AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway on July 4th, the Independence Day, to purchase a new 2016 ford explorer after talking with Rosa Villatoro via emails in the past week. Rosa Villatoro is outstanding and extraordinary, and one of the best sale managers I have ever seen!! She had been a school teacher for 18 years before joined in AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway; this maybe the reason why you feel very warmly and nicely when you talked with her compared to other sale managers. Rosa just has great communication skills that make you feel very comfortable! I had talked with approximately eight ford dealers via email and the replies from Rosa made me feel I should come to AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway other than the other dealers. I am glad I am extremely correct on my decision. Rosa was waiting at the door when we arrived and listened to what we wanted on our new vehicle. Initially we chose a vehicle that fits our needs most; however it ends up with very high mileage on it. Rosa immediately found another vehicle with exactly same option packages and lead us to a test drive! By the way, we found she is an excellent driver as well! When we saw that vehicle in the new car parking lot, it was surrounded very narrowly by other cars. It was too narrow that I would never dare to drive it out! She showed me her amazing drive skills by moving it out smoothly without any scratches. After we wanted to buy, Rosa helped us to make it happen at an amazing price that is lowest compared with all eight dealers that I have negotiated for a week. I just talked with Rosa about my request, and she handled all the other communications with her managers and financing staff in a very short time. Rosa is amazing professional and friendly, she took great care of me as a customer and I would recommend Rosa to anyone looking to buy a Ford. It was a great, no hassle car buying experience, with Rosa standing with you.
