by AC832 on 06/20/2013updated 04/29/2025It seems like more and more car dealerships wanted to pressure me into making a purchase I was not ready to make. Such was not the case at Jeff Haas Mazda. A representative by the name George was very helpful in getting me a trade in value… that was considerably more than what I thought I could get. I was in and out in an afternoon, and drove home in a brand new Mazda CX-5 at an almost unbelievable price. The people there are very helpful/understanding and knowledgeable in what would be in other cases a nerve-racking experience. first time buyer

This was my first time to buy a car from a dealer and overall the experience was an exceptional one. I have some sales experience from a previous… job, and my dad was a salesman before he retired so i appreciate their low pressure approach and the fact that Nick allowed me to maintain control of the haggling. There was a small problem with the exhaust that i noticed the day after i purchased the car, i took it back and the sales manager set up a time to get it fixed and put me in a loaner car with no questions asked. Kortney and Amy were amazing, and from start to finish the whole experience was very comfortable and relaxed. Kortney the financing guy even helped me with some personal credit issues that ive been struggling with. I gotta say that i will very likely give them my business in the future, and definitely refer any friends or family to them.Jason, Thank you for the 5-star rating! My husband had just gone through the purchase process at another dealer for a car he wanted. What a difference! Between the two dealerships, Cuong Nguyen… and the team at Jeff Haas beat the other guys hands down. I was so impressed and will most likely buy another Mazda (the car is great!) from Cuong. Our most recent purchases include a new CX-9 and a new Miata. Our saleman, Charles Silmon, always goes above and… beyond to make sure we are taken care of from drive-in to every time we call back about anything, even if it is months later. We have always been treated fairly and with great respect through out the whole process. Kourtney in financing is a dream to work with, also. No muss, no fuss!! Even if you do not live in the area (as we do NOT), drive over to Jeff Hass for a buying experience like no other!!Great People and Great Salesman!!!

by rrwagner on 01/17/2011updated 04/29/2025Purchased on 15-Jan-2011. The Certified lightly-used 2010 CX-9 (loaded and with 9000 miles on it) had been on the lot since mid-Nov. The price had recently been reduced by $2500 to under $31K. In the time I allotted for myself, I found that… they would negotiate on the trade-in price, but not the sticker price. I was satisfied with the deal we made. I also came with a good loan guarantee from my Credit Union, but the dealership via another Credit Union was able to beat this. I was surprised (less than a 3% rate). We had to wait around a bit too long for Danyel Cares, the finance representative, to see us; otherwise, I would have handed out another star. Once she did, she was pleasant, efficient and informative. All-in-all we were there 3-1/2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and daughter had visited the day before and gone on a test drive.Awesome!

Instead, he presented me with the marked down price, including all applicable discounts which I did not need to ask for it anymore, agreed with… the figures and zoom I went out of the dealership with a brand new MX-5 Miata. Actually, this is my ninth car in sixteen years and so far, this is the best dealership that I have been to and dealt with. The ambience is quite classy just like one of those luxury car dealerships. Words of caution: "Do not close any deal with other dealerships until you have visited Jeff Haas Mazda." My advise is: "Visit Jeff Haas Mazda last after you've been to other dealerships and you'll see the difference." Same thing with the salesman. Do not close any deal with other salesmen until you have talked to PHIL BROWN. He'll make your buying experience worthwhile. Not only that, he will definitely make your driving experience a pleasant one.Rick Fast

After reviewing the alternatives with Rick, we gave him the go-ahead to replace the engine in… our car. He was very responsive, keeping us posted on their progress, and was never too busy to take our calls. He is very professional and I would recommend Rick to anyone. I have had less than satisfactory experiences at other dealerships, and was very pleased at the way my job was handled at Jeff Haas. I believe that a dealership is only as good as the people who work there, and this dealership has high standards- good job!Hassle Free, Fast, Thorough and Competitive

by tseitzinger1 on 11/10/2011updated 04/29/2025Total process took me a little over 5 hours, which included one of those hours in front of the computer browsing what Jeff Haas Mazda had in stock. I researched edmunds.com/blue book values and also did a trade-in quote on line with Jeff… Haas. After chatting with the online assistant, Raine Coleman gave me a call and I discussed what I was looking to do. I knew that I would be upside down in my trade-in and was concerned with that whole aspect. I arrived at the dealership at 5pm and had signed and left with my new Mazda CX-7 i Sport at 9pm. I've had some very terrible experiences in the past with new and used car salesman, but this was the absolute best. I was relaxed, confident that my limits were not being ignored and I feel I was treated fairly. I didn't have the best credit, but they didn't make me feel any less human, but worked with me and within my limitation. I am extremely pleased with Jeff Haas Mazda and I will tell everyone I know and I myself will be a lifetime customer. The customer service was great, we toured the service department, went over all the car features, and every question was answered. Thank-You team Jeff Haas Mazda!Best Buying Experience

They have honored all of their commitments, were transparent in their dealings with me, and they are one of only a handful of dealerships in the entire Houston area that I would consider giving my… business to. I was very impressed with Jeff Haas Mazda. I called and spoke with the Sales Manager to set up a test drive and to get a quote on a car. He promptly e-mailed me a price that was very competitive with the best prices listed on the internet. I had the pleasure of working with Rob, one of the salesmen. During the entire process, he was honest and straightforward with me, and did an excellent job of demonstrating the car's capabilities. I was extremely impressed with Rob and the entire team at the dealership. This was the first car I've purchased where I did not feel like every step was another chance for the dealership to cheat me. There were no surprise fees, no last-minute price changes, and no trying to negotiate based on payments, although I had financing from my credit union. Overall, a positive experience and one I would repeat.Happy with my Mazda!

No Pressure Sales and Lots of Choices

We left and test drove other vehicles. Came back later in the day to make the purchase. It was very busy as it was the… Friday before New years so the process took quite awhile. Other than the wait time (everyone was polite and professional during the wait time), the experience was really great. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything.
