I contacted Mack Haik Chevrolet in desperate need for a car. I spoke with Mr Wolfe and Horace Manual who asked me what I was looking for and to come into the dealership to see. They took excellent care of me. The process was much faster… than I anticipated and I left that day with my new car! Best experience ever.

by htowntpt on 10/12/2009I bought a used 07 Honda Accord at Mac Haik Chevrolet in July of 2009 and I have been in and out of the Honda shop for months. This car seemed to be in good shape and I was told it was closely checked for problems, but not true. There was a… rock stuck in on of the brake pads which destroyed my front rotor, one of the tires was worn down and they would not make good on it, the door trim began to fall off the first week I had the car, a front CV boot had been leaking for several months and that should have been caught by their shop. I am glad this car had a warranty on it because otherwise I would be out thousands! I brought the car back to the dealership complain and they told me tough luck in so many words. Furthermore, when I sat in financing I was given a very high interest rate. When I asked to see my credit score it was in the 800's...I told her is that the best you can do....she quoted me 6.9% I was able to get her to open the books and show me her deals...I ended up with 4.6%. If I didn't know what I was doing they would have robbed me for more money....[violative content deleted] people here. I recommend to stay away from this dealership. by slohands on 11/01/2007Over the past 20 years I've owned several GM products. I've been to several dealerships in this area and found that Mac Haik service personnel are above average. The first person you are greeted by is the service island people. They are… friendly, courteous and will go to great lengths to solve any problems you have encountered. At least that has been our experience there. I would highly recommend them. Each time we were in need of service or repair, it was carried out in a timely manner. Transportation home was afforded when the repair would take more than a day and return transportation was supplied as well. Customer Service is not just a saying at Mac Haik, its a policy they live by. In all the times when we've had an occasion to seek out their help, only once have we had anything to complain about. During an oil change process, one of the young "car jockeys", who moved my car into the oil change service area, changed my radio station. That person was reprimanded for it and I received an apology from him for his actions.Excellent deals
by slohands on 11/01/2007I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu Maxx in 2005 and got a great deal. More than $6000 dollars off the sticker price. It took some negotiation on my part, but we finally agreed to a price that both parties could live with. The next year we… purchased a Chevrolet Malibu (2006) and again we got an excellent price after some tough dealing with the sales department. Automobile sales are one of the few places where the customer can haggle over the pricing offered and get a deal that is acceptable. If you expect to walk into a dealership and walk out with a lower priced automobile, you're not going to do that. Dealers will sell at the best price they can get from the customer. Its up to the customer to accept or decline an offer proposed because its the customer that has the final approval option, not the dealer. Being a tough negotiator is the approach the buyer has to adopt. I've bought many cars and always got the price I was comfortable with. All of the sales people I've dealt with at Mack Haik Chevrolet were knowledgeable, competent and courteous. I feel that I was given a good deal on each of the cars we purchased there. We will deal with them again on our next auto.Rip off!
by cokekey on 07/24/2007On November 2004 I visited Mac Haik Chevrolet to purchase a the then new 2005 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z51. They were not honest and tried many tactics. 1st, they gave me super low price for my 2002 18K miles car. They were offering me… thousands for it and the car was in pristine condition. When I asked to leave, they would not hand me back my keys. After hours of haggling, we finally got the price. I was willing to pay sticker price, but they wanted me to pay more. The price was fixed, incuding TT&L, but that all chaned once we went to the finance office. They tried to add that in again. After some more bargaining, I ended up buying the car at $200 above sticker price. I wanted extended warranty and he gave me an Extra 36K and 45 months. It is only after I get the extended warranty information that I find out that it was an extention of my warranty, but the warranty. That meant that I paid for an extra 9 months of warranty. I called GM and they told me to work it out with the dealer. I went back there and the guy said that it was his mistake, but that it would cost me more. After some more haggling, I had to pay an additional $200 to get 60K and 72 months. I felt that they did not treat me with respect and they are a bunch of liars. I will never purchase a car from them again!Mac Haik Chevrolet

Repairs all done on time - Great service! They have been doing my repairs… since I bought my vehicle and everytime it is exceptional service - that is why I keep going back. In fact on a repair quote they were less expensive then an independent shop.Another flawless service at MacHaik

As usual I met with Kayla M. and Russel C. to discuss what needed to be done and the time schedule. Meeting with the two is… more like meeting with family and friends, than like having a business meeting. But business gets done and the truck went into the shop. As always the truck came back clean and neat and with everything ready to go. I'm very happy with the service and atmosphere at MacHaik. We have two vehicles being serviced there; we could have gone to places closer to home, but we stay with the best.What an experience

The thing we have run in to in the past we are in our early 20's so when we go to look at cars sales people tend to walk past us. Alex H. was grate gave us a run down of the car.… Asked me many times if we had question and even flowed up with me a week or so later to make sure I was still happy with my new car.Reguarding New car experience

Not only did your staff deliver Excellent Customer Service they exceeded all of my expectations. From answering all my questions, making me feel right at home, all the way down to giving me a one-on-one tutorial regarding all the features in my car. Never in my life have I met such a dedicated team of people willing and waiting to service my needs. I expressed my wants, fears, and desires and in the end walked away with a great deal and a car that I love. Thank you for not forgetting about the little people and making this process anxiety and stress free...I will be a life long customer and have already referred several of my friends to your company to inquire about their next car purchase....Thank You for taking the fear out of car shopping!Disappointed
