2011 Mercedes-Benz E63 (purchased in January, 2019)

The 2011 E63 that I purchased from him had only one key and he promised me to get me a spare key. The new key arrived within 2.2 days. There was also… a cosmetic issue with the glove box and he also took care of that, as well. Mr. Griffin is a consummate professional, a genuine pleasure to deal with, and is indeed a man of his word. How can I trust that the correct quarts of oil were replaced if they can't get the car's tire pressure correct?Thanks for leaving us this response. Great Service - Unreliable Mercedes

However, it seems that the new cars are not as reliable and the only thing that the service center checks are the alarms sent to the vehicle's computer. I just moved here from NO and can say the Service there is impeccable. I have not had much experience with the dealer… here but can say they do well. There are some things I would constructively critique, for example, when I turned in my car for repairs I received a loaner which smelled and has clearly been smoked in. The ashtray still had ashes in it and turning on that AC was like sniffing smoke flavored air freshener. Other than that I must say everyone did a great job, especially my Advisor Javier Martinez. I must admit I am very set on my ways, as well as those in my family who are customers of MB, and Javier definitely lives up to the expectations of service we have always received and is always willing to help.Repairs on brakes

But when I pick my car up, and tried to open my hood, I could not and the panel under where the hood lack is was… not attached and would come down. They are going to repair it, but my question is if they don't repair things that I can see, how can I be sure they did the things I cannot see.Service

I ended up buying a C-Class from him and just love the car. Donald Cyprian handled… the financing and he was a pleasure as well (had me laughing too!). All around a great experience. They treated me right. Gave me a fair offer on my trade in and didn't severely low ball me like my old BMW dealer did. Got a low rate on the finance and Donald was very helpful explaining all the options. I'm forever a Mercedes customer now and recommend these guys and this dealership (Greenway Mercedes).GL450 repairs
