    Smoothest transaction ever. We lucked out & got Stephany for our salesperson. She was very thorough going over the paperwork. She took the time to answer everything. She also had the knowledge of all the options available. She knew the cars inside & out. We are happy with our new Mercedes!!

    EXCEPT for my right rear wheel cracked on my new $100,000 E53AMG - thank god Rollo’s welded it so I can drive my new car with🤞and 🙏…. There is no wheel to be had anywhere in the world!!! How can M-B sell me a $100,000 car yet have No parts. Germany said maybe after Christmas. Been on order 6 weeks and M-B didn’t bother letting my dealership know there’s no replacement until after 5 weeks!!! This is totally unacceptable!!! What do I do if this wheel completely craters-out again??? 😡. Mary Kingelin

    The supervisor was dismissive when I told Mercedes that my temp gauge was still not functioning correctly. They were still dismissive when I told them I know how my care behaves. When I told them to give me a refund so I could take my car to a competent mechanic, they paid attention!!! To this day, the temperature gauge is still dramatically fluctuating. I have an appointment to attempt for the 3rd or 4th time to fix the car.

  • My 12 Mercedes and my first S 63 Coupe!

    I purchased an S 63 coupe at Mercedes Benz Greenway in Houston Texas last week. James V the salesperson was fantastic to work with and made the process seamless. He knew the answers to all my questions and helped me decide on the S coupe. I made the deal online knowing that this dealer offered only quality vehicles due to their inspection process and high standards. I am a long-time Mercedes buyer and this will be the 12th Mercedes and my first S 63. I try to avoid purchasing a vehicle that is not local for many reasons. I initially went to a local MB dealer and test-drove their S coupe with the intent of purchasing because of the color combination and equipment...the price was on the high side but that is something that I would have to negotiate. The salesperson there was great but the car had worn-out tires and was not very clean on the inside nor the outside. I noticed that the brake pads were down to less than 20% so I started to negotiate. I decided to pass on this local deal and continued looking on Cars.com and found an S coupe at Mercedes Benz Greenway in Houston, Texas. So I drove from San Antonio to Houston last Wednesday to check it out. James from MB of Greenway made the process so easy and there were no ugly surprises, even the paperwork signing process was great thanks to Trey B...no pressure. Thanks James and Trey...great customer service!

    Mike is most accommodating even with his busy schedule. He was Most efficient in getting my auto in on time and having it completed even before time.     Jay Kohn is the primary and perhaps only reason I have bought (6) new Mercedes from Greenway. Jay is not only a very savvy and knowledgeable service advisor he treats me and my wife as his own family.. He is honest with what needs to be serviced immediately and what can wait. Without Jay taking care of my cars over the past (15) years I would be driving a different automobile brand.

    jerry jow insisted that the right headlamp is not working. He quoted us for a new headlamp & module. all we had to do was reassemble the front bumper and a simple scan fixed the rt headlamp.

    Jay was amazing. Did not give up on 2 months of having my car-waiting for parts, etc. It is an older 2014 but I love it. The dealership also let me use a loaner for this time frame. It was a long wait, but the engine sounds like it used to when I got it. I always drive away knowing that I am in a safe car for my daughter, dogs, and me.
