    I’ve had my service advisor for nine years now! Chris Palumbo is the nicest, most experienced and smartest servicer I could ever have! He always explains things so very well. The service technicians continue to keep my car and me safe from breakdowns with their expertise! This service along with Chris’s honesty along with MB hospitality keep me coming back!!!

    From kicking the tires to sitting down with the finance guy, we had a wonderful buying experience. But that was what we expected from this dealership that we have been using since 2016. This dealership has a great inventory of electric cars ready for purchase, and they kick ass on getting the deal done! Special kudos to Coco, our highly talented saleslady, Kevin, our service guy since 2016 and Ali, our finance guy since 2016! FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG!

    It's easy to make a non-emergency appointment but it's expensive and slow. I keep getting mailers for $$$ off service but they never seem to apply when I try to use them.. But they do seem to have qualified personnel.

  • Unorganized and slow

    Unfortunately, this dealership has poor service. They are over crowded and slow. The communication is non existent from the guys running the shuttles to the service reps.

    The buy out included getting the final service, which was arranged and overseen by my Brad Biondo, who was the original sales contact on the lease 3 years ago, as well as the lead contact for this transaction.   • VW Tiguan purchase

    I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan on June 10, 2023. I have only driven this vehicle twice since purchase. There is an EFC code that keeps popping up and forcing to slow down the car. My sales person had me leave my car for over week and when I got the car back the same code appeared again. While i was given a nice loaner the customer service and service has been terrible. Not being kept in the loop during the process. Not even really knowing what’s wrong with my car.
