Unorganized and slow

VW Tiguan purchase

There is an EFC code that keeps popping up and forcing to slow down the car. My sales person had me leave my car for over week and when I… got the car back the same code appeared again. While i was given a nice loaner the customer service and service has been terrible. Not being kept in the loop during the process.
