He worked diligently to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and when our new vehicle… plates were delayed he went the extra step to ensure we would have them before the temporary plates expired even with the delays caused by COVID-19. I highly recommend giving him a call if you are looking to buy a new car.Great Salesman

by EJJ on 10/24/2019This is my 2nd car with Mr. Melvin Watson as a Rep of Mossy. My husband passed (December 24th) and I had to downsize my car to an affordable note. Melvin was very supportive, and did not urge or push me to make a decision. I had a 2017… Nissan Armada Platinum that I LOVED and did not want to part with at all. In the 2+ years, I had NO trouble with this SUV (The first car). Melvin made the hold experience relaxed and he supported any decision I made. You just don't get that today. He was energetic and got the cars for me to drive and see, with no pressure applied. It took a while for me to make my decision and he gave me time and space. by Lawrence on 04/03/2019I just love my 2019 Nissan Kicks. The Kicks is stylish, sporty, practical, economical and just fun to drive. I like its size also, especially for downtown driving. But it performs very well on the highway also. It is a smaller vehicle,… but it does not feel small. I have had so many people like it also, not only people who know me, but even strangers have complimented me on it. I never remember being so excited about my previous vehicle which just functional but boring. Kirk Verrett, my salesperson was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient with answering my questions. There was never any pressure to buy. He allowed the car to sell itself. All three were 110 per cent and the GM even went… out and got my wife's old 100 club decals off because she is a retired cop. Mossy is the best dealership service ever. I have knee problems and Melvin was nice in walking with me and pulling the car around for me to look at. I ended up with a beautiful car. This… will be my last car and I wanted something nice and Melvin got me one. The payments are a little over what I wanted to pay, but the car is worth it. Thank you for taking time to make me happy. Being 78 years old I have a lot to learn with this car. But Melvin said he would answer any questions if I need help. I had been researching vehicles for months & had a few bad customer service experiences at other dealerships that I refused to do business with. Once I purchased the vehicle, he again took the time to explain what all… the different gadgets in the car did. I would highly recommend him to other friends. Also, Robert Delaneo, in Finance, was excellent in processing the paperwork. He too took the time in explaining the different packages/options for extended coverage on my new vehicle. My experience with Mossy Nissan was very stress free and I walked out of the dealership feeling very satisfied with the service & purchase.
