These guys really understand customer needs and they both worked very hard… to help me complete this purchase. I highly recommend Westside Lexus.Impressed

by CarolCG on 02/03/2015updated 02/17/2015The comunication from the salesman could have been improved....there were multiple emails that were not answered....he did say there was one he didn't get?? Also, service has always been the hallmark of Lexus...I unfortunately left two… keys in the car and asked the salesman to mail them to me. He did but put them (they were bulky with chains) in a regular envelope with scotch tape....of course, I never got them. The envelope arrived but without the keys. I would think one would know not to send something in the mail that way. I also was annoyed at the mention at the end of the sale about the performance surveey....pretty much asking for a perfect score. Then a letter arrived saying the same thing. I felt this was inappropriate. I have been a Lexus customer for probably 20 years and have felt the last few years that the sophistication of the sales force and the service attitude is not what it used to be. Lexus always had little gifts that were presented when the car was picked up, and that is gone as well.GX 460 Purchase Review

My salesman, Shekhar, was incredible and so knowledgeable about the car and what it offered. The trade in value Westside gave me for my 2009 Land… Cruiser was very generous as well. Handling all the financing was a breeze and did not take long at all as it was very straightforward. The delivery took a little time but we went over every detail of the features of this SUV! I would absolutely purchase another vehicle at Westside Lexus and would give anyone the recommendation to do the same.Recent Lexus Purchase

A couple of days later I realized I had left some CDs in the CD changer. I… called Alex, and he had already found them and mailed them back to me. We had our Great Dane with us on the day of our purchase, and everyone was so kind to her and very accommodating! This was an awesome experience. I highly recommend Westside Lexus and Alex!Xmas 1914

Everyone I dealt with at Westside was terrific, including Homer & Judy in Finance, and Kimberly the Delivery Specialist.… Offered a very fair deal, of course without the pushy tactics, very patient answering all my questions. I could go on and on with many superlatives -- bottom line: my Westside Lexus experience was so much better than I even expected. They really understand how to take care of their customers.
