    I give everyone at Autonation Katy 5 stars. It was an awesome experience. From Stephen Medsger in sales, Chad Jolly in finance and Jennifer Wilson who hand delivered my weather trac mats. Stephen you were extremely nice and very helpful answering all my questions about my new F-250, Also very patient with all the different trucks I had printed and wanted to look at.

    After a bad experience with Mack Haik Ford, I was researching vehicles on AutoNation Ford Katy's website. On a whim, I used the online chat feature. It went perfect. After chatting with a someone online, Michael Cybulski called me within 15 minutes to set up a test drive. Michael answered all my questions and I ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day. The price was as advertised online and I didn't get a bunch of up sells. I would highly recommend Michael, AutoNation Ford Katy and their sales process.

    The financing guy I worked with was VERY rude I've never dealt with such poor customer service in my life, except for Gullo Ford they were horrible. The customer service he provided changed my decision about purchasing the car. However Joseph Hagar was understanding and was able to change my mind. He was an awesome car salesmen. Joseph Hagar, also promised to fix some minor damages on my car, let's see how this promise holds up. Also, they delivered me a dirty car, I feel if the car wasn't ready they could have taken their time making sure the car was ready to go. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to wash a new car I just purchased.

    I recently bought two vehicles from this dealership in December 2015, the first car was a used one for my sister in law. It was a Kia Soul everything went ok on that deal until she got home and realized she had no spare tire. Called the dealership and told them, they said newer cars don't come with spare tires anymore. Instead of saying I'm sorry we didn't realize that when we bought it, just ball faced lied. The second vehicle was a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat with 6" lift and all the bells and whistles. We negotiated a price and then waited to be sent to finance, the salesperson said I am sorry sir we can't do the deal. I asked to be brought to finance to find out what was going on, come to find out they jacked the price up 8,000 dollars because they said they forgot to put the lift in. I negotiated with the sales manager ( The Sales Manager ) not the salesperson, need less to say after calling the Head Sales Manager I still paid 2,500 more than what we originally agreed on. I asked the sales manager for some Weather Tech floor mats and he said if you fill out this survey and say we did an awesome job I will send overnight. Flat out asked me to lie because they know they screwed me over, but I got my floor mats. It has been over thirty days and I thought all was good then I get a call from my credit union asking when I was going to make my payment. Come to find out they had not paid off my trade, they said they sent the check but it never made it. They are now supposedly going to over night the check to the credit union (33 Days later). If I would not have had a good relationship with the credit union my credit would have late payment against me. I also asked about the license plates for both vehicles and I was told the process takes longer because we live in Louisiana. Total BS, we have bought 6 vehicles from Texas and never had an issue. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING AT AUTONATION FORD IN KATY TX.

    The sales staff was very patient working with me on pricing of several vehicles online, in both the used and new car choices. Internet pricing is pretty final, but they were able to work with me to get me into what i wanted for my vehicle choice as much as they could. Chris Blair was my final salesman, and he was extremely knowledgeable about my new explorer, walking me through the key features and add-ons. The paperwork went smoothly in the finance dept with them assisting in different options for extended warranty plans along with trying to find better interest rates than i already had, explaining what each one covered and helped guide me into the proper category that i felt comfortable with. Very patient even when i got frustrated!

    Amine Chaachou Was my used vehicle salesman and was great. Not a pushy place like other dealerships. Worked on my trade in and purchase price and easily came to an agreement without all the back and forth.

  • Best Time Buying a Car!

    ever!! Walked in one day, on a whim. A salesman, James, walked up and asked if I needed help. I told him I've been shopping around, I'm looking for a F-150, what can you show me. I had two goals - 1. Get the most value for my jeep (since I was upside down a little) & 2. Get a really good deal on the new truck. James was able to deliver on both. He found a truck with everything I wanted & a color I didn't even know I wanted. Once I saw it, and the deal I just couldn't walk away. He did such a great job I brought my wife along the next day and he did another great deal to sell her an explorer. I definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman - James Mainer.

    After being given the run around at another dealer, I called up AutoNation Ford (Katy) and basically said "here's what another dealer would do for me....can you beat it?"; they ran the numbers and gave me very similar deal. The car was ready when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour. It was a great overall experience. My salesman (Dakota) was great and very helpful. I can only hope any ongoing service/support can go equally well.

    Offered us 6.9% interest on a new car from Ford. Really, that was it. Oh, almost forgot. They tried to play the we have your keys game, really. I wouldn't send your mother in law there.

  • NEVER USE AUTONATION KATY FORD FOR ANYTHING

    After buying 7 cars over the years from AutoNation Ford Katy and being a Loyal customer. I finally needed them to uphold a warranty issue with my 2015 F-250(15K mi). After reading numerous negative reviews on this dealers service dept and friends/family warning me, I still proceeded to have it towed to the dealer. Well, they declined the warranty issue and provided nothing but excuses and Zero customer service from the Manager Jason Briggs. This dealer has scripted denials for all warranty claims, that other dealers honor. Please read this review and Never give this dealer your business, on a new vehicle or certainly on service. My goal is that this dealer looses 10X the amount they have caused me and my family. I assure all readers, my issue is valid and would have been warrantied and any other Ford dealer than Autonation Katy Ford. Please join me in my mission and write a review good/bad regarding your experience, this will educate future buyers. I will also look for any other platforms to spread my experience to include the BBB.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Autonation Ford in Katy, TX from internet salesmen Brandon Hager. I had to return to the dealership 4 times and miss work to get all the accessories I purchased. He told me the vehicle was ready, so I went and picked it up. When I got home I realized the satellite radio I purchased was not added. So I returned, the problem was corrected and Brandon assured me everything else was good. I get home again and realized the wheel locks I purchased had not been installed. I went back again. This happened again with the floor mats.

    I worked with James Mainer and he did such an excellent job from start to finish. The car buying process was smooth and easy unlike experiences I've had before. James worked extra hard to find the right deal for me. He took my calls on his days off and was patient until I finally felt comfortable with purchasing my Ford Explorer. AutoNation also did a wonderful job teaching you how to use your car before you drive off the lot. It was super helpful. I'm not sure I would have figured it out as fast without them. They also did a good job detailing before the walk through. All star experience that was painless. Will buy my next car from them and I know you will want to as well.

    Found the vehicle I wanted online. Contacted the dealer and told them what I wanted terms, amount down etc. etc. They had the van ready took about 10 minutes for paperwork. When a snag in the negotiations happened my salesman Dietrich Pinnock jumped right in, solved the snag and out the door I went. Excellent timing and negotiations.

    I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT Premium on Feb 16, 2015 and love it! My sales agent was Dimos Korfiatis and he was great! He listened to what I was looking for and got me a great deal!     This dealership is the epitome of what car selling/buying should be. I live almost 5 hours away in Shreveport, LA and was able to purchase a 2015 For Mustang from them via online, email, text, and location. I never knew purchasing a new vehicle could be so easy, professional, personal, and customer/dealer engaged. It was hassle free and they treated me like royalty the moment we began conducting business. Ryan Davis was a great salesman and he answered any questions and made sure I was a satisfied customer. It has been 3 weeks and this dealership is still calling and emailing to check on me and my new car! I would and have highly recommended this dealership to several family members and friends.     I came into Auto Nation Ford in Katy, TX about an hr before closing to test drive the new 2015 ford mustang. Even with close to closing hours they provided great customer service.
