    Received a recall notice that a replacement blower motor was available for my daughters Expedition. A few days later the motor started acting up. Called and made an appointment. Met with Mark in Service. He took care of everything that afternoon and said it would be ready within 24 to 48 hrs. The next afternoon I received a text notifying me that it was ready. Also received a video text from the service technician regarding the repair. Grabbed my daughter and ran by to pick it up. In and out real quick. Friendly, courteous, and fast. Thanks for your help. My daughter has 2 sons in car seats and its difficult to fit them into any smaller vehicle.

  • Worst experience buy a car including fraudulent actions

    We went to get a new maverick and the finance manager Robert Reck help us with the paperwork he keeps asking us questions about the warranty or vehicle protection and we declined ask only for Gap. He went ahead and add the product without our consent and falsified our signature, he never gave us copy of the paperwork and he told us he will email the paperwork later never happened, we find out a month later about the issue and it was a hassle to have that corrected, no one taking responsibility from the big issue like it was nothing when we complained with the finance director. Be careful doing business with this dealership.

    The experience with my salesperson, Michael, was fantastic (which is why they get two stars....). He helped us find a used vehicle that suited our needs and price range quickly and got out application submitted to the finance department. That's where the problems started. I walked in with an approved loan fromm my bank that I wanted to use. It still took them 3 HOURS to get everything completed. This happened on a Saturday afternoon, so there's no excuse for it taking this long since they bragged to me that they had SEVEN people available to get everything done!

    I had a BAD service with this person, seem he was not in a good mood to help any person, not sure if he even like his work or working at this company, very disrespectful in the way he attended me, and he didn't even had his name Tag on him. Auto Nation Should look into a better service with their customers, especially at Front Desk.

    Hip Hip Hooray for Autonation Ford Katy!!!!! I dropped off my car last night for a recall repair. They asked if I'd like to wait and they would do it, even though my appointment was actually this morning at 9am. I said no, because I was the caregiver for my husband and it would be more convenient for me to come back today and pick it up, so he wouldn't have to wait. This morning at the crack of dawn, Autonation called and asked if I'd like the car delivered to my house between 9 and 12, as part of a program they have for special needs patrons. Well, is it hot in Texas???? YES!!!! They have no idea how much they've helped us, because I would have had to take my husband out in this heat, transfer him twice to a wheelchair and two vehicles in order to pick up our car. (This ole gal is almost 80 years old!!) I didn't buy the car from them. One Ford dealer told me it would take seven days. Another said 48 hours if they weren't busy. Just lettin' ya know where to go. AND, THANK YOU STEPHEN YEE FOR INITIATING THAT FOR US!!!!!

  • Transmission Overhaul

    At 85k miles, began to have trouble with my 2020 F-250's transmission. After a day or two of having the vehicle, the service professionals determined that there was in fact an issue that needed to be repaired; fortunately, my extended warranty covered the cost minus $100 deductible. We were approved for the entire unit to be replaced; however, no transmissions were available, we subsequently approved for a rebuild (honestly, this was my preference). Once this all was determined, I was provided a loaner vehicle; actually, I went through two as the first vehicle was being sold. All and all, the repair/rebuild took about 7-weeks due to limited QUALIFIED technicians. I was told it could take up to 2-months. I was first taken aback when told this but having the loaner vehicle truly helped. I have had the truck back for about 2-weeks now, zero issues. I was kept up to date throughout the process on the status of the truck and we were able to knock out normal servicing as well as a possible recall condition. Great service and friendly service reps.

    I decided to use the service department for the first time for our 80k service on our F150. I’d used smaller shops for the last few months since we purchased the truck as our work vehicle. The price, quality of service and the overall experience was honestly perfect. We’re customers for good now.     bought truck $12000 above MSRP for used vehicle with 5000 miles on it. Took delivery and found items listed as included missing. Informed dealer. [non-permissible content removed]. kept me hanging until the money back guarantee expired. only saving grace, salesman claims he will make good for missing items
