The sales person went over the whole process with me, including showing me… different options for financing, with no pressure to purchase at all. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I was already very happy with the service department, so I highly recommend both the service department and the sales department for all buying and servicing. Thanks to the folks at Big Star Ford for an overall great customer experience.Professionalism that far exceeds other dealerships

Once I found the car I wanted, I was given a loaner of the same kind to drive and see… if I really loved it. They knew my budget and did everything to make sure I stayed within that budget. We discussed the vehicle and confirmed it had the features we were looking for. A half hour later, he sent a video… confirming that the vehicle had all the features discussed and that it was actually on the lot. It was accompanied with an offer that beat the other dealers we talked to. The next day, we came to check it out in person. Everything was as described. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price quoted. No suprises. I will say it again, the video was a nice touch. We told Wesley what was important to us and he emphasized those details in the video. True customer service!Everyone involved.
