Female in the Service Dept. went over and above what anyone else has done for me since I purchased my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

  • Great Dealer!

5 out of 5 starsby BillMeeker on 09/24/2015

I live in El Paso, TX. With three Ram dealers in town and a couple more between El Paso and Midland, some folks may wonder why I'd purchase a truck from All American CDJ in Midland. I had two reasons; 1) I had a specific list of options I wanted on my new Ram 1500 truck and 2) I wanted to get it for a reasonable price. I actually had to contact Robert Davis in Midland to find a salesperson who wanted to find the truck I wanted. Robert made no effort to persuade me to buy anything other than exactly what I wanted, to include color. He and his associate Big Mike searched around and found the exact truck I wanted. Of course I assumed I had lost my bargaining position by being so picky but this wasn't the case. Robert gave me a great price and I ended up with the truck I wanted at a better price than I could get in El Paso ... and the truck was delivered to my driveway. As a result of my experience with Robert and Mike, I will definitely be sending my buddies in search of new trucks to these guys. Great experience and I love my new Ram truck!

I went in for an oil change because I was going out of town; it was time for it and knowing I would have to wait a good deal of time because of the time I got there. However I was out in about an hour. Great!!
  • Poor service

    2 out of 5 starsby 1chrism on 08/21/2015

We went in pre financed. In the finance room they tried to raise or interest rate. That also sayed they would fix a $9.00 part then refused to do so.
  • GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR

    5 out of 5 starsby Wyoming15 on 07/07/2015

The Salesman that helped us was very knowledgable and helpfull. We didn't know what car would actually fit my wife. After test driving a few different models we settled on one that was on the showroom floor. The price was right and everthing fell right into place. Great job to everyone at All American who made this happen and thank you.
  • Run away, QUICK!

I honestly do not even know where to begin to with my experience with this dealership. I guess I can start with my initial test drive- My husband and I came to this dealership because we saw that they had a used Grand Cherokee in our price range. We just wanted to take a look at the vehicle and were talked into taking it for a test drive, despite disclosing to the salesperson that we were not planning on purchasing until July-August. The test drive was ok, I was given no advanced notice of where I was going, which was a bit nerve-wracking considering I am new to the area. We mentioned to the sales person that we were considering this vehicle or a well-known competitor of another make and model. He then began bashing the other vehicle we were seeking (bad move on his behalf considering that he is a USED salesperson) and it just made him seem spiteful and uneducated. He wanted to begin working some numbers up even though we told him we were not looking to purchase. Upon seeing what my payoff on my vehicle was compared to the NADA value, he then preceded to tell me about how much the dealership that I purchased it from had screwed me over. We left. The next week my husband surprised me and told me that he wanted to see about purchasing the Jeep, so we made our way to the dealership. We brought along with us his father who has been selling cars since he was 15- we did this for negotiation purposes. We requested a salesman different from the one we had previously worked with, and they were hesitant to do so, but because they couldn't locate him we lucked out (A customer should have this choice regardless, RIGHT?!). We explained to the salesperson that we didn't want to deal with any of the typical "Four-Square" sales bologna, we wanted to talk numbers and make a deal, then be done. The manger started my husband's truck (2006 Ford 6.0 125,000 miles) and immediately popped the hood and opened a valve and told us that we were suffering from "blow by"- he was referring to the miniscule amount of steam coming out of it (my husband is a diesel mechanic, he knew better). We let that slide. Overall, he evaluated both of our vehicles in under 3 minutes and told us what great shape they are in. So we begin to work up some numbers and told them what we wanted our monthly payment to be, and if they couldn't do it to let us know. Of course, they said that they could do it. They come back to us with trade-in numbers that should be offered on vehicles of extremely poor conditions. We played hard-ball for a couple of hours and were told our numbers were going to be do-able, but that we would have to wait until the following morning to find out about financing as it was 9pm. The next day, I FINALLY hear back from them and they tell us what a struggle it was to get us approved (again trying to play us for stupid) and give us a payment almost $200 over what we negotiated. The [non-permissible content removed] manager tried to get me to come in without my husband and sign papers for the deal. I was extremely disappointed that we couldn't work something out so I had my husband return the vehicle without me that evening. Two days later my husband calls me absolutely FURIOUS because he wanted to surprise me with the Jeep. He went by himself up to the dealership in our '10 Shelby GT500 with 25K miles on it. The manager proceeded to nitpick the vehicle, spending more time evaluating this LIKE-NEW car than he did both of our used vehicles. My husband was asking for $20,000 LESS than it is worth and the idiot proceeded to tell him repeatedly that it had been wrecked because of a SHADOW on the door. My husband requested his keys back, the manager refused to give them to him stating that they could make a deal, and continued backing away when my husband tried to retrieve his keys. At this point a crowd had gathered because the car is a show-stopper, everyone wants to see it. A random customer asked my husband how much he wanted, and when he told him he was in shock that the dealership wouldn't accept that deal. These people are [non-permissible content removed]. Steer far, far away.

I had a great experience with Mike Duarte and Matt Rose! They did an amazing job at helping me find the car I've been wanting from the smallest detail inside the car to the price I was looking at paying monthly. Great service!
  • Purchase of a new Ram 1500

Arrived at dealership early. Carlos Solis asked if I needed help. He listed to what I was interested in and answered my questions. He respected my time. We made a deal in about two hours (including the test drive). I would definitely recommend Carlos to buy a car or truck from. No pressure.
