They did not do a wheel alignment or oil change on the used car I bought before selling it, and they needed me to mail a release of lien letter that could have been provided to finance if they had simply asked… for it. With a bit stronger execution I would give more stars - just look carefully at what may be needed when buying and I am sure they can accommodate you.Hi, and thank you for the kind words regarding your sales experience! I do want to apologize for the services not being finished when you came to purchase. This is something we’ve identified and are remedying, as some of our inventory appears online before the full reconditioning effort has been completed. Scheduled an online appointment for 9:15, and was out of there at 10:15. They used seat and floorboard protection and even… washed my car. Then they gave us such a good price to trade in current car that we decided… not to private sale and trade in. Since we were 80 miles away, we didnt want any surprises when we got there! Best oil change service, ever!

The portal explained what the status on requested services and also result of the complimentary inspection. There… were recommendations, explanation for each of those recommendations including video for each of them and even allowed me to pick it for current service or hold it for future visits. It also gave me the complete final cost and allowed me to accept or talk to the agent. In all it was a great experience.Thank you for your kind words! Had car towed and dropped off the night before shortly after close of business and the rep walked us through the process of what to do before he left for home.… I wish that I would have used them for the actual purchase of my vehicle.
