Great experience with Ryan Ford in the purchase of our Ford Explorer. After requesting trade-in estimate online, we received a prompt follow-up call from sales manager. He was courteous and provided honest feedback on our trade-in vehicle… and value.
We purchased from salesman Mark 'Coach' Rios who was amazing. Extremely helpful throughout the sales process explaining financing options available to us. Received prompt follow-up inquiry from Coach after the sale checking if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle.
Overall, great experience at Ryan Ford!!!

Damaged my truck Dashboard!
by Brandy Sunday on 02/23/2025On February 13, I drop my truck off. For when I thought was a simple power steering hose replacement after they checked it out. They informed me that they could not do the service right then that it have to be the next day. And that they… could not pick me up from the Amazon that I worked at that they would bring me my vehicle on Friday the 14th. The guy dropped the my truck off and I did not notice the dashboard until at 4:45 when I got into my truck and my dashboard was shattered into six pieces. And they declined that anything happened while the truck was in their positions however it looks like someone has put their fist through my dashboard and wanted to blame me. The customer who hadn’t seen her car in two days almost how could I break my own car before I give it to them? Someone is lying and I want a replacement of a dashboard in my truck. That’s a responsible and service provider. You should do for me at least giving that one of your employees that works in your service department broke my dashboard probably hitting it in order to get the miles I understand my truck is 25 years old. You still should take care of it as though it is brand new I try to do that. I work 40 hours a week just like everyone else and I’m unable to cover the damages that your dealership put upon my car that is unfair and not a responsible place especially not being able to call me back and over a week after I’ve called sent text messages asked someone for a general manager to contact me back and Brian and Devin will not take responsibility for their actions. I also have photographs of before and after, and if I can, I will post them. You’ve caused me great distress because of this and I still have a cracked dashboard and no return phone calls from your company. I’m asking politely for you to do something responsibly to take care of the actions of one of your employees who damaged my truck while it was within the Ryan Ford service department that’s fair !Ford Explorer

by Sharon on 06/02/2022After spending weeks trying to find and purchase a Honda, we were very disappointed with dealerships’ responses and how we were treated, even lied to. Therefore, we decided to take a different path and custom order a Ford Explorer. We… were very fortunate that we found Ryan Ford because this dealership and their staff, including our salesman - Curtis Markland, was very responsive and forthright. We requested drive out prices from approximately 8 Ford dealerships, but Curtis was the first salesman to send us a worksheet and order preview with all the details/expenses, which included a drive out price. He also told us about any rebates and financing options. In addition, Curtis told us that if the incentives were better once the vehicle came in, then they would apply those. Once the Explorer came in, he called us in and I’m happy to say that no games were played. We met the Finance Manager, Westley, who was very informative and detailed. He never pressured us into anything we didn’t want. Everyone we met, including Jordan in accessories, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Overall, our experience was great! by Travis on 01/08/2022I was in the auto industry for 7 years and this is the only place I will buy a Ford. They don't play games and everything is above board. If you are in the market and you don't give this dealership a shot you are probably going to cost… yourself thousands of dollars. My salesman Curtis was really professional. Eric the Sales Director worked quickly to get me in and out. Marco did an excellent job explaining all my warranty options. Chancy the GM even called the Ford representative when my vehicle was delayed at the rail yard. What more could you ask for. Thank you guys!Sabrena Torres is the BEST

She works very hard to get you into the car that you want and is very honest and up front on what you can/cannot afford. The… vehicle that I wanted with the options that I wanted was no in stock at Ryan, but Sabrena went on the hunt and found exactly what I wanted and had it brought in from another dealership. Sabrena and Ryan Ford also delivered the Explorer to my house at no extra charge. Eric and Chancy worked tirelessly to get me the approved with the best deal and rates. I will never go to another dealership or use a different salesperson again! Everyone at Ryan Ford was fantastic.Great experience

This dealership has a lot of transparency when it comes to car buying and I was extremely impressed with their ability to work with us… and our hectic schedules. Why, because it never changes. I know he will give me a fair deal and take care… of me if I have a problem. This is the third vehicle I have bought at Ryan Ford. I didn't need to worry since I had an excellent experience with Ryan Ford! After exchanging emails with several dealers in the… area and being told that the car that I wanted did not exist and would have to be ordered (anywhere from a 6 to 10 week wait), Curtis' extra efforts got me the exact car (color, options and all) I wanted 8 days after we exchanged our first email. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes and absolutely LOVE my new car. a great buying experience for a change
by gaptoothkid on 11/10/2017During the truck shopping experience I got everything from an indifferent condescending attitude (and a phone hung up on me) to the great experience at Ryan Ford. By the time my wife and I got to Ryan Ford we weren't expecting very much… and as a matter of fact we were getting burnt out on the whole truck shopping thing. You could sense the hunger for a sale in most dealers, kinda like a predator senses weakness in their prey - it's there on a subliminal level. My wife and I both had the same initial reaction to Nick - I like this guy; he's not like the rest of them. As I told Nick, he was the only one who offered to search around for what I wanted when it wasn't on the lot. He found a truck in Dallas and emailed that he would get it for me. That truck sold before I made a move and he searched around for another that met my specifications. Then my wife entered the equation and my basic work truck became a hybrid of my wants and hers, up a level (regular cab to super cab) but still not a luxury truck. We had just wasted all Nick's time and effort and were basically back at square one. By the time we were done, the truck I bought was not on the lot and was brought in from a Houston dealer. Nick handled this so calmly and professionally it was like this was an everyday thing. Nick was straight with me. Not the fake straight I encountered at other dealers (You know the kind. "I'm your buddy. We'll watch the game together once we get this business out of the way. I give all my friends a great deal.") I feel he was honest and my guard hairs didn't go up as soon as I shook hands with him. I am not the haggling kind of person. Give me the numbers, don't play games. Nick is either this way normally or sensed it, and we were on the same wavelength. When I walked out of there I felt like we had made a mutually agreeable transaction that was fair to both of us. When I got home and did my checking I saw that what I felt was a reality, and maybe even weighed in my favor. (I'm a number-cruncher type person so this was normal for me to verify things like that.) I have yet to find out about Ryan Ford as a dealership - how good is the service department, what is the follow-up like, that sort of stuff. If the rest of the staff come anywhere close to what we experienced with Nick we have a winner - it will be worth it to make the drive out to Sealy when we need to. Rest assured we will be giving Ryan Ford and especially Nick some positive remarks and referrals. I feel Nick restored my faith in an America where we could finalize a business transaction with a handshake and both parties would honor it.gaptoothkid--What a wonderful review to read! I make businesses compete and do their homework - or move onto others.… I ask the tough questions and expect honest and timely answers, no BS of sales pitches. I shopped across Texas for my new Ford F150 4X4 after my Hurricane Harvey loss. After a tough battle, Sabrena Torres with Ryan Ford won my business over dealerships from Houston, Dallas, San Antonio - all over the state! Sabrena was superb! Her 27 years of experience was evident to me from day one! Our deal was done over the phone, text and e-mail. I put her to the challenge with my truck specs and price, and she found the exact truck I wanted for the right price. Picking up the truck was icing on the cake. The truck was spotless, staged in an indoor runway that looked like it was made for F-16s rolling off the line. The new facility looked brand new and spotless. The dealership was very casual, with everything ready to get us out the door ASAP with our new truck. Colton Martin in Finance was also fantastic - no hard sell, just facts and figures with super financing options and warranty - and with a small-town personality.
