    We recently were in the market for a new mid-size SUV, and are a previous customer of Classic Toyota over the years. This time we worked with Mike Taylor, who did a fantastic job of understanding our needs, and demonstrating the exact Highlander we were interested in. Mike knows his Toyota products, including this one. He is professional, honest and easy to work with. He is the reason we made the deal to purchase our new 2016 Highlander Limited. We highly recommend Mike! Blake Chandler did a great job handling the paperwork, and Kennedy a thorough job of explaining all of the operational details of our new vehicle. Buying a new car is not one of our favorite things to do in life ... but Classic Toyota made this transaction a pleasant one!

    Last week my husband and I stopped in Classic Toyota in Tyler Texas. We were met by a bubbly most helpful Sales urep, Karen Shelton. She answered all our questions and helped us through the purchase process. Most importantly, she involved ited our black lab, Sammy, to come inside the dealership. I strongly urge anyone looking to buy a Toyota, new or used, GO TO CLASSIC AND ASK FOR KAREN SHELTON. You will be glad you did. 😀 I love my Camry.

    I used Casey Wells at classic Toyota and he did an amazing job at helping me through the steps and explained them thoroughly so nothing was missed. Very personable and wasn't pushy at all. I'll be going back for sure for my next vehicle for sure.

    I went to Classic in a bind because I had wrecked my truck and needed a new truck because I had to have a truck for my job! My sales person, Karen Shelton helped me locate a great Toyota Tundra that I could afford and we got the sale done quickly and with no hassle! I will go to Karen from now on for my auto needs!

    My father, my son and I were at Classic Toyota on Saturday, August 6, 2016, looking for a used car for my son who starts his freshman year at UNT in a few short weeks. We (I) were desperate. Karen Shelton, our sales associate, immediately made us feel at ease, showed us cars within budget and had us in a car that was absolutely perfect in less than 30 minutes, more like 15 minutes. The document signing took longer than 30 minutes, of course, but I could not have been anymore pleased with a car buying experience!! Thank you so much, Karen Shelton and Classic Toyota of Tyler.

    Never buy from this dealership again. Be aware of the dirty tricks it practices. I tried Classical Toyota twice and was pushed away by bad expereinces with salesmen and the floor manager. On the most recent encounter, the salesman showed a "drive-away quote" that was equal to robbery. Apparently, the floor manager and the salesman created together this type of quote to rip off customers. In my case, it would have been more than $3,000 dollars. It's a shame this dealership exists as part of the community.
    • A potential customer just brought this review to our attention from over a year ago. We respond to all customer complaints that we are made aware of in an attempt to resolve any concerns and always cater to all clientele. If we do make a mistake we exhaust ourselves to right what we may have wronged to the customers benefit. Hillary W., we are disappointed your visit did not exceed your expectations. We do base all of our used car pricing off of major customer friendly pricing guides (i.e. Kelley Blue Book, NADA, etc). We offer competitive deals on all of our new Toyotas to be able to do the volume of business that we do, almost 2,00 units per year.
