by Steve Mach on 11/07/2024Two things: Jack O’ Diamonds is the best - I serviced my previous Honda there and bought a great used Honda there. They also work with great local shops for Honda work! Action Autobody is one such great shop. The best! Honda certified… for good reasons: Chuck and Mike are highly qualified and provide excellent, cost effective service. Several years ago I had a little fender bender with my 2005 Accord - they provided a detailed description of the comprehensive work they would do to make it like new! and most competitive quote as well! This week they repaired my 2014 CRV. In just a half hour they replaced the assemblies for a headlight and running light while I waited! It only took 30 minutes, new Honda parts, very affordable! I The local Honda dealer in Tyler, Texas, “Jack O’Diamonds Honda” is nearby, also great folks, they recommended Action to me and I’m grateful to both! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks to Action & JOD! by Jeff on 07/16/2023Their service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Their service manager does nothing but lie, and give excuses. They don't communicate unless us call them. Even after they keep you car for days. Still not fixing what you asked… them to.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

JOD Honda sales and service facilities are impressive and the inventory was great, but the best part of the experience… was the staff. I was very apprehensive about my first vehicle purchase since the death of my husband but the JOD Honda sales staff was highly professional, honest, helpful, and friendly. The price was right in line with my research, the trade allowance on my vehicle was more than fair, there was absolutely no pressure during any stage of the sale, and they took a lot of time to answer my questions and made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new vehicle before driving off the lot. Other than routine maintenance, my vehicles have been trouble free. The sales staff are professional and cordial and the servive… department staff is excellent. I absolutely love the car and it was exactly what I was looking for but next time I will pay closer attention to the price and… look at other competitors pricing. Local competition was a couple thousand dollars cheaper which would have reduced my payments.Top Notch Service

Through the years, the service department has been ok. Now, the service department is… great! They work hard to satisfy the customer. I never feel they are trying to sell me something or that the prices are unreasonable. They know my car and my loyalty to them pays off in the extra details they take care of. It's a win/win.
