    Karl Malone Toyota Service is the only place I take my cars. Today, as always, they were fast an efficient. More important, they obviously take the COVID-19 epidemic seriously and took every precaution to make the facility safe for customers and staff.

    Truck needed some new wheel bearings and once those were fixed other problems were noticed. Took a couple goes before we were able to identify the problem but once identified Daniel service advisor and the service manager Dave were very helpful in working with me to make it right...

    Carlos are sales guy was fantastic and Ryan was awsome Carlos was very professional and got us into a car we are happy with carlos and Ryan did everything to get us into are new Camry I would highly recommended these guys if you want no bs you will highly be satisfied thanks again Carlos

    I took my car for auto glass replacement. Even though the company is a partner I felt Karl Malone took full responsibility for my comfort, which includes: - I dropped off and picked up my car quickly - I got a ride home and back to the dealership. No cost - I got popcorn for my son and I It was just delightful. I’ll definitely get my upcoming cars from this dealer.

    My car was in need of an oil change, although I was 30 min late for my appointment they got me right in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with WiFi and plenty of plugs for me to continue my work away from the office. An assistant handed out fresh baked cookies and popcorn to the customers, my mom doesn’t even do that anymore! They were amazing in case you were curious. Before I knew it I was back in my car. Great fast customer service! Consequentially, the Complimentary car wash was down for repairs that day, but that’s not why I took my car there. I would recommend Karl Malone Toyota for all my repairs and maintenance, but unfortunately Toyota makes an exceptionally well engineered car!

    I don't like or want those rock chip sales guys trying to pitch me on repairs "That will only take 5 minutes and free of charge if you have full coverage insurance" literally every time I go in there for maintenance. I have zero interest and despise my time being wasted. Customers need to be given the option when we first check-in to opt out of that garbage. Also, today is the second time that my tire pressure light came on within minutes after leaving my appointment. I find that quite the coincidence that it's occurred twice immediately after maintenance being done. I filled the tire pressure myself after the first time it happened and I've reset the sensor/light when I got home this second time. I'll see if the sensor goes off again when I drive again later today. I don't know if corners are being cut by the service technicians or not but that all seems a little too coincidental to happen immediately after leaving your service center, twice!

    Christie Green was my service rep and I couldn't be more pleased -- she was professional and personable, told me about an available maintenance program without being pushy, and got me right in and out in exactly one hour!

    Buying a car is stressful. But KMT made it pretty easy. I was able to do a lot of things by text which helped considerably, as I was at work. Paul was delightful.     The team at Karl Malone was fantastic to work with. I saw the car I wanted online, worked out a deal with Aaron Clark, our salesman, over text and without any pressure, and picked up the car a few days later. Overall it was a great car buying experience; would gladly recommend.
