He demonstrated the special features that the car had. I had to figure out, at the other dealerships, the extra… features. This was definitely a plus with Chris.Fantastic Customer Service!

by Curtis Sutterfield on 04/08/2021I was looking for a used Rav 4 because I really wanted a AWD vehicle. My salesman was probably the nicest guy I ever meet. He didn’t have a used Rav 4, but he had question for me. Like, what are you looking for in a vehicle? I said AWD… with good gas mileage. He said, you gotta come check this out. He took me over to the brand new 2021 Camry SE AWD. As soon as I saw the car, I fell in love with it immediately. He sold me on it and I’m so glade he did because I believe that car was exactly what I wanted and not the Rav 4. This was my first brand new car and I never thought I would ever buy a brand new car. The service I got from this dealership exceeded my expectations. I’ve had my car for 3 days now and I’m still all gitty about it. Thank Karl Malone Toyota, you made me a very happy man, I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I can’t wait to see you guys again when I come in for my free oil changes. 5 stars all the way.Excellent service for my Camry purchase

It was all caught on camera and David his manager did nothing. Even Nathan, Amy, Blenda, and… Scott are not for customers. They do not care if they lose customers. Their professionalism is ZERO. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!!!! Seriously this place has gone downhill big time. Deal with Larry H Miller instead. Wow what a difference. I will never step foot in there again.Karl Malone, Shining

He showed us the car that we were interested in, explained all the options and safety features,… and negotiated a very good deal for this car. While we were thinking of all pros/cons, another car was delivered to the lot that had everything my daughter wanted in her car and more. It was a more expensive model and had loads of upgrades. T contacted us and told us that he had another option for my daughter. T and the sales department worked out all the numbers to give her a great car at a fantastic price, and worked the deal on her trade-in and financing that fit the budget. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, but this was the best car buying experience I have had. And they made my daughter feel like a VIP customer. She will take her car here for service too, as I was having my car serviced at Malone Toyota at the same time and she experienced both sides of the dealership. (I was an out-of-state customer who will not be back to them, but I had a great service experience too!) Thank you, Malone Toyota, for all you did for us!5 star

Always, I have been seen immediately upon my arrival and been given expert care in maintaining my car. My car is… vacuumed and waiting for me in no time at all. The salesforce is gracious, clean, well mannered, and focused on my every request. There is nobody better than Karl Malone because at my age I think I’ve tried them all. I love Carl Malone.Service
