    I lost my wheel lock key (yikes!), but they were very helpful in getting me a new set of lug nuts put on my wheels. They were very helpful and professional. And the waiting room is very nice and clean.

    Haedn & Justin were great salesmen to work with. No pressure, answered all of my questions and helped me get a good deal. Jamie and Candace were great answering other questions about financing and warranties. Overall it was a great experience that I've come to expect as a return SW customer.

    Service was excellent to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the service I received and explained e everything in detail. It’s never cheap to have auto repairs done, but finally getting my car up and running (after four other mechanics couldn’t) was worth it.

    We were looking for a smaller SUV to replace our mid sized sedan. Safety ratings were my biggest factor followed by comfort and looks. I was surprised to find the Toyota Rav4 at the top of my list. I went to Stephen Wade to check them out. I told them at the reception desk I just wanted to look and wasn’t looking to buy just yet. They set me up with Sam Wright. He was super kind and not pushy at all. He was fine with taking the time to show me around knowing I wasn’t intending to purchase right away. He said that if he treated me right and helped me now, when I was ready to buy, I would come back and he could sell to me then. It was all about building the relationship for him and he treated me exactly like a long time customer that you want to keep around. After listening to what I wanted he suggested the Venza instead of the Rav4. The Venza fit exactly what I was looking for and more. So much so that I took my husband back later that day and two days later and a lot of research, we purchased the Venza. We were treated like VIP customers throughout the entire experience and never pushed to make a decision. The four things that sold me on buying the car earlier (by two months) than expected: 1- how friendly, knowledgeable & willing Sam was to just work with us whether we bought today or in July, 2- the beautiful car that checked off my entire list & had great reviews and ratings, 3- it just seemed like the right time in the market for us after doing some research, and 4- we have always had great service at Stephen Wade with our Tacoma. Thank you Sam Wright & Jim Anderson (in financing) for a wonderful experience! We love our Toyota Venza!

    I’ve had bad experiences with Wades service Dept the last few times. I bought a service contract for oil changes at a different Toyota dealer. Wade’s service writers kept telling me that the price I payed at the other dealer didn’t cover the price of the oil change? Then to my displeasure I look under my truck to find screws and bolts missing. I decided at that point to do my own oil changes. The service manager is a great guy but unfortunately his crew is Not up to par, So now it’s time for my transmission service, so I’m pretty uneasy about taking my Tundra to have this service done. I pull a boat once or twice a week year round up and down a mountain. I need to make sure my transmission is taken care of. I made the call to Wade and set up my appointment and met Jon the service writer. To my surprise my truck was done in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. My last oil change took 3 hrs. There is hope for Steven Wade Toyota.

    First time ever utilizing a Toyota Dealer for maintenance service and a minor repair. I spoke with Cale Moody explaining the problem and possible repair required and what exactly I required in maintenance of my wife's RAV4 . Cale explained in detail what service was included in the repair and detailed my options for cooling system and transmission maintenance. He followed up with a phone call on details of requested.repair. His concern was genuine and communication was excellent, far better than expected. Cale Moody is a cheerful, knowledgeable and outstanding representative of Stephen Wade Toyota and their service department. Any future repair or maintenance beyond my ability will be handled at their service department.

    I called made and appointment as I could not get the email app to work. Shaun Crowsby did a great job of getting my car serviced, air filters replaced, and gave me some good advice on taking care of a couple scraps on the car. The shuttle service took my sister to Walmart and she shopped while I waited for the car. We live in Kanab so we made good use of our time and still accomplished alot on our day in St. George. your staff is helpful. i spent more on cards and magnets in the Service Parts dept than I did on the car. I appreciate the water and snacks available. Great place to spend time. Thanks.

    Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable or willing to find an answer if they are asked a question that they are not familiar with. I trust this service center for over 10 years and have never had to bring my cars back to finish a service that was not completed.
