by Verasity on 08/05/2013updated 04/29/2025My wife and I went to Jerry Seiner Cadillac to get a quote on a new 2013 XTS4 Cadillac. The sales person quoted a written price which had been approved by his manager. We decided to order a new 2013 from the factory and when we sat down to… finalize the order, suddenly the prices changed. Well we missed this, we did not understand that or some other fly-by-night answer. Suddenly the price increased considerably. When we questioned them about the change, they became indigent with us. We went directly from there (mad as hell) to Cutrubus in Ogden Utah, told them what happened. They said can we see the written quote from Jerry Seiner and then they not only matched the price but beat it by $50.00. They said the $50 was to make us feel good about Cadillac and not have a bad taste in our mouth from the way we were treated by Jerry Seiner. We received our new car just the way we ordered it and for the price we were quoted. I would not send my worst enemy to Jerry Seiner Cadillac for even a tire air cap!Love My Car / Love the Dealership

Tim was patient with our questions taking time to fully answer them. Tim was not pushy nor did he… demand an immediate answer regarding our prospective purchase. He maintained contact with my husband during our decision week. We were treated with great respect as we met with Mike and agreed on contract details and rates. With the subventive rate of 3.9% we were blown away. Dan Vincent was extremely professional and informative as we finalized and signed all the documents. Tim then spent a few more hours with us explaining the car's technology. We have had the car now for 4 days. What a pleasure it is to drive! We love it and can't wait to drive to LA. But until then I will enjoy my commute to work and all the thumbs up I get my friends, coworkers, and family. Thank you Jerry Seiner for a job well executed.Love My Car / Love the Dealership
