    This is the second Cadillac we've purchased from Lindsay Cadillac. Both times my experience was excellent. The sales and finance staff are very customer friendly, In particular, John Vyas is very low-key, responsive and no high pressure sales tactics. Follow-on service calls have been equally customer friendly. Highly recommend this dealership.

    Great process and interaction overall. Salesperson Leigh Voglezon was great and our Finance person as well. Drove up from Fayetteville, NC to purchase the vehicle.

    When we first visited Lindsay to purchase a vehicle, we stated to the sales person that we were already preapproved to purchase a SRX 2015. Obviously, there was a miscommunication between the Sales Person and Finance Dept. Finance Dept decided he was going to request for financing the vehicle under there financial resources. All the financial dept did was make a mockery out of my Credit Report, by having all the financial resources showing all their request for credit. History receiving letters from at least 5 financial resources that they were able to assist me cause of my credit score and/or history. We sat there in the sales person office from12:00-2:30 to wait to see which company would finance the vehicle at the craziest APR at 10.99%, which we already told the sales person that we were pre-approved. Another thing, the advertisement of the miles on this vehicle was 112, but when we purchased the vehicle the odometer reading was 525 miles. While the sales person sat in the vehicle with us setting the OnStar and Siriuxm, I noticed the miles and informed the sales person why is the miles different; she stated "I have no idea". After leaving Lindsay, we decided to return the next day to find out really what happened to the miles. The sales person "stated it was her fault; she made a mistake and read it wrong; there was nothing she could do about." We asked her if we could get some resolution to this mistake; she spoke with the Manager; he offereda $499 to have a protected coat to the outside of the vehicle. We accepted it, and that was the end of it.

    After vowing never to shop at this cadillac dealership again... after 2 unsuccessful and unsatifactory experiences with a rude, unknowledgable and uninterested car salesman... whom shall remain nameless. I gave it another try after seeing the car of my dreams at this dealership from cars.com. I was redirected, to Remi! A fresh, new and vibrant car salesman here at Lindsay Cadillac of Arlington. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew that he was the car salesman for me. He was very knowledgable and didnt get tired or irritated with my excessive questioning. His customer service skills are STELLAR! If you are on the look out for a car go see Remi, he is def the guy for you!

  • Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

    This was a long distance purchase and I specifically asked the sales person (verbally and in writing) to go over the car with a very critical eye and fine tooth comb to list any damage on the car. I was told there were two small dents that would be fixed. After agreeing to a price and making a deposit I flew to Alexandria to personally inspect the vehicle. I discovered many visible scratches, door edge chips and dents. I felt I was a hostage to the situation as I would have incurred additional expense to get home. They told me $500 would cover having the damage fixed and took that off the price. Imagine my shock and surprise when I received a $3,000 estimate from my local dealer to fix the damage. The sales manager refused to do anything further and they stopped responding to my messages. Had I realized the extent of the damage I would not have completed this transaction. I should have insisted on an estimate right then to fix the damage and I should have just said no. Additionally, there was a vibration and they rechecked balance on the tires and told me it was just the local roads. Salesperson told me he would take care of it if it continued. After 1,000 miles of vibration on the way home, I emailed the salesman and received no response. Lesson learned the hard way. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

    I had used Lindsay Cadillac for service on my 2 cadillacs from 1997 to 2006 On each and every visit I received the utmost courteous, respectful and friendly.service All the personnel were so helpful. On Feb 5 2015, I returned to Lindsay to purchase another Cadillac. My salesman, Mr. John Vyas, was absolutely perfect in helping me. He was courteous, friendly and so patient on our negotiations. I felt so comfortable and trusting with him. At the end , I met Mr. Chris Eader ,the Sales Manager, congratulating me on my purchase. I really liked his nice smile and demeanor.     I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Cadillac ATS from Lindsay Cadillac this week and had a great experience. I worked with Bob Perotti and he was fantastic: very friendly, knowledge, and worked with me to get a good deal. I really feel like he went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience. I will definitely continue to come back to Lindsay Cadillac for all my future Cadillac needs.

    I just purchased a certified per-owned 2014 Cadillac ATS. I had the most AWESOME car buying experience and the BEST salesperson Jossey Bareille.     This was my second experience in buying a Cadillac from Lindsey Cadillac.. And like the first it was expectional . The sales staff is very courteous, no pressure, and ease to view the inventory without a sales person following you around. Its a "Class Act" orgainzation. After I picked out the car of my choice - I was in an out of finance within an hour. The sales person showed me the ins and outs of my new car , unlike other dealerships. Other Dealers in the area need to take training from Lindsay Cadillac on how to treat customers with respect. Thanks Nicole and Danny..

    I just purchased a Cadillac SRX on Oct. 3, 2013. I knew what I wanted and saw the car online. I called the dealership and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Jossey. She was EXCELLENT she had the car pulled around before I got there for a test drive and the process took all of an hour! To me this was record timing.....test drive, paperwork and finance all wrapped up within the hour! Amazing...no hassle with price negotiations....her manager Chris was awesome! You can't beat going to Lindsey Cadillac....I will forever use them because once a cadillac owner I think you become one for life. I'm SOLD on Cadillac and Lindsey of Alexandria! Thanks to the entire staff!

    Great Experience I recently purchased a XTS from Lindsay Cadillac. My sales person was Jossey B. Jossey was a pleasure to work with, she immediately knew what I was looking for and made the experience quick and painless. I never felt like she was pushing me into something I did not want. She took care of every detail. Everyone I met was friendly and easy to deal with. I would certainly reccomend Lindsay Cadillac and Jossey.

    I live in Arkansas but I was treated like I would be here everyday buying cars on a regular basis. I cannot believe they treated me so well. Jossey B was the best. She was really there for me. I am so impressed with her and the Lindsay organization. I felt like the most important customer they had and, of course since I live in Arkansas, I may never be back to see them again. If you live in the area I strongly suggest that you visit any Lindsay dealership.

    Lindsey personnel were outstanding. Olga, Sales Professional; Kim, Finance Mgr; Chris, Sales Mgr. Olga's professionalism and upbeat approach was the reason I came in to view the vehicle. She didn't disappoint me when I arrived. Everything was ready and she proceeded to represent the product and dealership in a premium fashion. I recommend this organization to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
