Juan Baez and his team take care of my cars as if they were their own. They are… always upfront about what is and what will be needed. If anything unexpected turns up during servicing, Juan always calls with the information and the addition al cost before proceeding. I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria since 2007.Meg - Customer satisfaction is our highest priority so this is fantastic feedback to see. by marionc on 08/08/2018Last week I bought a Lexus Certified 2015 ES 350 from Lindsay Lexus. What a beautiful car that handles superbly! All the extra bells and whistles will keep me entertained while I figure everything out. Mark Coleman was the sales… representative who helped me. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with him. He was very professional, responsive, low key and certainly knows his Lexus products. He helped make the whole car buying experience go smoothly and with as less pain as possible - it was a major purchase, after all. In fact, my interactions with everyone at Lindsay were great. Jessica and Brian in Finance were easy to work with. Trinell patiently taught me what I needed to know about operating this beautiful car and all it's options. Mark's follow up calls were appreciated as was his taking the time to answer my questions and go over some of the car's operations when I stopped by the following day needing guidance. Mark was the consummate professional no pressure, just information I could use in making a wise… decision for me. Alex walked me through the technology and operation of the car in the most patient way possible. He addressed all our questions, provided plenty of choices, and completed our deal without problems. We did not spend all day… at the dealer which was a welcome change. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and friendly, the dealership was clean and they were efficient. Didn't take long to get the car ready, meet with finance (Craig in Finance was excelent)) and go over some vehicle features and settings before heading home. After doing extensive research on the internet, I went to Lexus of Alexandria to physically see the difference between a Toyota Highlander… Limited and the entry level Lexus RX350. George carefully listened to my needs and immediately made me a fair price offer without the unnecessary drama. I was not prepared to complete the purchase on that date. He contacted me several times, including on his day off from work. He offered me several options to accommodate my needs until he made me an offer that I could not refuse. Now that I am driving a Lexus RX, it will be hard to drive anything else.Thank you for your advocacy. We are thrilled to see that your are loving your new RX! I have been dealing with Kenddrie Utuk in ALL of those transactions, and he is the BEST! Kenddrie listens to what I… would like, he finds it immediately, and the negotiation is easy, quick, and works out beautifully. Kenddrie always takes me for a test drive, answers any and every question I have, and makes sure I know about all the new and great features these cars have. And to top it off, Kenddrie is extremely personable and a great conversationalist. He is extremely well educated and can converse on a multitude of topics, and always is interesting. My service rep, Mike Lunsford has ALWAYS been most accommodating, always cheerful and… positive, and always gives me expert service and help. The servicing I receive from the mechanics has always been excellent, and they have always done extremely professional work. I've always been satisfied. Great car buying experience!
by Leslee58 on 01/27/2018December was a certainly month to remember! Shah Karim of Lindsay Lexus made sure of that. He provided 5-star service from the day I first spoke to him on the phone. He was professional, very knowledgeable of his product, and respectful… of my research. He listened to what features I wanted and didnt try to sell me what he had on the lot. He worked hard to find the car to meet my needs (at the price I was willing to pay) and actually went out of state to get me the RX-350 I was looking for. Once my car arrived, Shah spent time walking me thru the cars features and made sure I was comfortable driving my new car. And Shahs customer service doesnt end after the sale. A few days later, he arranged for the Auto Butler service and made sure that I was taken care of at the Service Department. When he says to call him with any question, he truly means it. I left CDs in the car I traded. I called him and sure enough he went and retrieved them from the car. Shah Karim single-handedly changed my impression of car buying, and I would highly recommend him to any one interested in buying a Lexus. He is true to his word, and delivers on his promise!This is amazing Leslee, We are so happy he was there for you during your purchase. We hope you are still loving your new car. Could be better
by lenny17lexus on 01/25/2018For Lindsay Lexus, -the salesman Pete De Guzman was persistent and polite with me, he showed me the available 2017 RX350âs, options and packages. He also assured me that there would be some accessory discounts after he talks to the… service & parts department. -I spent two days, 10 hours total at the dealership. -Dealership computers need updating so that the numbers correlate with everyone involved. There was a frustrating 30 minute negotiation over a computation mistake of $800, a mistake made by the dealership. Frustrated that I had to go through with this buying a $50,000 car? I feel I did not get a fair deal for the RX I bought because of this irritating fact that Iâm haggling over $800 on a $50,000 car? -I think Craig Novitsky was very professional with me, showing me some finance options for the vehicle. -After the deal was made, that was it, passed on to the next-Service Department Ed Reilly. -Passed to the service department to install $70 mud guards. Very impersonal reception at the service department, especially when I was just on the phone with him waiting on the traffic line entering the service center. Being asked: âWho are you?â in a sarcastic way, like Iâm imposing on his time. -Very high traffic at the service center entrance to drop off my car. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes or so. Then had to wait for the loaner, which was dirty when I received it. -Got a call after 4 hours stating the car will be ready shortly after a quick car wash? Picked up the car after an hour, Could not find Ed Reilly, found out he already left for the day. Had to ask several people who to go to, to get my vehicle. -Called the service department to see if I could get a discount on some accessories. I was given some prices, but found out that other Lexus dealers offer the same items at a lower price. No discounts here. Even though, I called to schedule a service to see if a service tech could check the seat mechanism on my RX, and I was directed to call a service hotline for an appointment. Again, passed off and impersonal, not what I expected from a luxury dealership. -Lexus Enform and the Scout App DOES NOT WORK!!!!!! Got tired of calling and being on the phone with tech. -Will not recommend the dealership.Thank you, Lenny, for your concerning review, This has been shared with the appropriate personnel for training and improvements on our end. congratulations on your purchase and thank you again for your review.
Lexus NX300
by SkyWayCola on 01/20/2018I was drawn to this dealership based on a pre-owned vehicle I saw on the site. I liked the price of the vehicle and figured it would help cushion the 10K in rollover from my depreciated vehicle (the model changed). The caveat is that I… really liked my Audi but had a 10k mile/year lease based on my 80% telework job. This sounded good before beginning a very active real estate career. I wasn't quite over my mileage but I knew Id be there is 6 months tops. Nevertheless, Terry was very helpful and advised that I would get a better deal by going into another lease with higher mileage allowances. Of course the vehicle I fell in love with was over my price point so I settled for a 2018 NX 300 with gorgeous red seats. I advised Terry and Josh that GPS is very important and of course, those red seats. I was told Navigation will soon be a thing of the past and the new Enform App will serve as my GPS and my phone will project on to the screen to provide a hands free driving experience. I went back the next day to have the app loaded but it wasn't working. I was told that Id have to wait until the following week to get assistance. After a week, I finally got an opportunity to meet with Trinell (super nice guy by the way) and I was finally able to access the app and its "amazing" technological advances. Trinell finally got the app loaded today and guess what? the app only supports one maps app "SCOUT" and doesn't work if I need to charge my phone with the USB cord. After speaking to Josh, he calmly glides me towards the door while explaining the app "used" to have the projectile function but the new IOS update is not compatible with Enform."Thats technology for you" he says as he chuckles and is probably screaming "got ya sucker" in his head. Oh!! he also adds that I can charge my phone using the fancy USB ports IF I take it off the bluetooth. No big deal right? Wrong!! I have a job that requires me to utilize maps 100% of the time. I seriously have to laugh to keep from crying. Shameless rant over. At the end of the day, I guess ill be using my phone to drive a fancy car with sub par features or take a loss...again... and trade this fancy baby in for 5-10K less. Im very disappointed and feel that I was mis informed about the full technology in this vehicle. The craziest thing about this whole "issue" is the "technology helpers" knew this app wasn't compatible with the new IOS updates. I guess I truly am a sucker for thinking they just might have wanted to mention this small glitch to customers who are buying a vehicle that requires a smart phone (and all of its updates). In the end ,I was sent off with a pat on the back, a comment about "helping" me (even though my payment went up 200 extra bucks with a maps feature that is some crap that doesn't even have a map!!!). Finally, he led me to my new expensive toy with pretty seats and says he HOPES that the next IOS update will work with Lexus technology. I felt the need to make this story factually animated to find a way to make light of a bad situation. Josh, Terry and Trinell aren't bad guys at all...they were simply doing their jobs so I can't really blame them. At the end of the day, my "rollover" had nothing to do with them leasing me a vehicle that wouldn't meet my needs. I guess giving me the option of a vehicle with navigation may have broke the bank!! Well done gentlemen!Thank you for taking the time to write us your experience at our dealership. We are disappointed that the IOS update has issues with our vehicle apps and hope Apple corrects the issue soon.
