My service advisor has been James for several years now and he never fails… to deliver an outstanding experience every time. His integrity and knowledge is top notch. by Sean on 10/10/2023Likes: Lindsay Lexus staff are professional and courteous. The service center is well maintained and clean. I have gone to Tammy as my service advisor for the past 10 years and she is the best. Very professional and nice. She listens to… issues and acts on them promptly. Dislikes: I understand inflation has impacted everything including costs for parts and labor. However adding shop parts on top of costs for services that have already been quoted is not fair. For example, what shop part is separately used to replace viper blades or drive belt that was not already included in the quoted charges??Thank you for your kind remarks and recognition of Tammy's excellent customer service. Lindsay provided me with the most information and were most attentive with my needs so I went with them. I felt they wanted me to make the best… choice for me instead of trying to sell me a car. Graham was my sales guy. Finance department efficient. Professional, friendly and responsive. But with both cars, our service representative has always been very helpful in getting our cars in for… service when needed. The things we have had done have never needed to be redone.
