From the moment my family arrived he welcomed us like family, not offering us just water, but many choices as if we where at a 5 star… restaurant. He had the car cleaned and ready to go, great test drive route even during rush hour, but we saw no traffic. He knows what he is doing. Once we got back he had his paperwork ready and we where the new owners just like that. No gimmicks, no sales speeches, just fast and easy. The way it should be, kudos to JJ and Mike. We will refer all we know.1st time Mercedes-Benz owner

When I went too Select Auto I was welcomed immediately by the… staff which put me at ease, this was very important because a few other places I went to I had to find a salesperson. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the products, the test drive pleasant and no pressure tactics were used. Kudos to each of you! I can highly recommend this dealership and Michael W as your next… sales consultant. I need to emphasize that this dealership's webpage is accurate and informative. What is displayed on their page is what you will see when you arrive at their location in Alexandria, VA. If you have shopped dealers on the internet and then visited their store, you know that this is not always the case. I did my purchasing through the internet and phone; when I arrived at Select Auto Imports, a valet was at the gate to park my car and my new BMW was sitting ready to go.
