Best Service w/ Treatment like family
by stephenmv on 05/03/2018About 2 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz E350 4matic from Select Auto. I even wrote an excellent review for them because the of the great service. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and the car was totaled before I even made my… second payment. After the insurance company covered most of the loss, I contacted Select Auto to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle that I no longer owned and let them know I would be coming by to look for a replacement E350. The team immediately cancelled the extended warranty and I will be receiving a total refund. When I arrived the following weekend, they were waiting for me and had selected 3 cars for me to test drive. I cannot believe it, but I went there for another E350, but ended up buying a BMW 535i xdrive. They listened to what I wanted in a car and suggested that I may like the BMW better. As I really like driving a lot, they were right! The BMW was the right choice and I didn't even know it. The team at Select Auto is simply the best at listening and helping their customers find the car.Wonderful Experience!

First let me say I have never met anybody more particular than me when it concerns my cars and motorcycles . For this reason I must admit I was a bit hesitant about… buying this car sight unseen . I have never bought anything sight unseen ever before . So I took the plunge after talking to Robert and PJ from Select Auto. There courteous professional manner gave me the confidence that they were representing the car in a truthfful manner. As I said the car was delivered to my house yesterday and I went over every inch of this car and I was totally blown away by its vondition . There was not a mark or even a piece of dirt anywhere on the car . I cant believe that I actually scored this car and I might add, I got it at a great price . Select Auto Imports is the finest car dealership I have ever dealt with . I know thats a pretty bold statement , but I am 63 years old and have bought many cars from many dealers and have never been treated with such professionalism and courtesy.. Do yourself a favor , next time your in the market for a quality car , look no further than Select Auoto Imports. There was first class, VIP treatment for the entire experience. After much online… research Select Auto Imports had the best deal. As such, there was no need to haggle. I highly recommend checking these guys out. We drove all the way from Baltimore and it was worth the trip!Marlon was great to work with

by StephenV on 03/01/2018After seeing the car I wanted on their website, I went to their lot after dinner. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed. They never hesitated for a second and offered to valet my vehicle so that we could discuss what I was looking… for. They pulled the car around and it was just what I wanted. The sales person's knowledge of the vehicle was superb and he really wanted to make sure that this was the car I wanted. We did the paperwork and I was out there pretty quick. The team of people stayed after hours without rushing me through the process and I drove the car home. This place is awesome.Automobile purchasing experience

My salesman Brian is amazing, the owner is great, and worked with my husband and I to give us what we… wanted, the front desk women are always welcoming and friendly. Any issue or question I have with my vehicle, I have been reassured time and time again to just come in or call. I have never felt like family when purchasing any of my other vehicles from big name dealers, here, its different. by woodyaa on 02/06/2018My wife and I were gong to browse for cars, not go buy one. Our first (and it turns out, only) stop was Select Auto Imports. We wandered in, having never been there, and not expecting much. In short order, we were met by PJ Nadimi, who… greeted us in the parking lot. In less than 20 minutes, we were driving a 2016 Porsche Cayenne Turbo Diesel- being a current and previous Porsche owner I knew what to expect of the car, and wasn't disappointed. The car basically sold itself. With that said, the entire process was flawlessly facilitated by PJ (and his Manager Robert)- PJ was surprisingly knowledgeable about the car (it had only been on the grounds for a day or two), very enthusiastic (without being annoying), and immediately aware that "hard-sell" techniques were not going to work. In short, a highly competent sales guy. I waited 24 hours to do some research and make a choice- calling PJ with the news and asking for an expedited process to save time. When I arrived, the paperwork was in order, the process was letter perfect, and I was on my way (after a few more technical questions which PJ aced). I spent little more than one hour from the first time I walked on the lot (Saturday) to the time I drove away in my Porsche Diesel (Sunday). I could not have dreamed-up a better buying scenario. So, as may be obvious, this is a strong recommendation for PJ Nadimi, who was a pleasure to work with, and the staff (receptionist/ Gal Friday + guy who moves the cars around and puts the plates on- sorry I don't know their names) and management of Select Auto Imports. by KathyfromBowie on 02/05/2018On a rainy Super Bowl Sunday I decided to go look at a very low mileage 2016 Mercedes Convertible that I found online. I had heard of Select Auto Imports, but had never knew anyone that had purchased from them. I sent an inquiry at 7 am… and even before the dealership was open PJ Nadimi called me, sent me pictures and was available to answer any questions I had. I decided to drive over to Virginia and see the car in person and test drive it, since I was traveling from Bowie, MD this had better be worth it, I thought to myself! Well, I can tell you that it really was! PJ was a knowledgeable, polite, and not high pressured salesman. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Robert (Manager) was also incredibly patient and informative. In the end it took PJ to drive all the way back to Bowie to retrieve my old vehicle and drive it back to Virginia in one terrible rain storm to get me into my new car! He never once made me feel like I was putting him out of his way, just the opposite, he made me feel like he was happy to do whatever I needed to make me happy! I felt his sincerity and willingness to go above and beyond to provide me with a great car buying experience! In the end, I have a wonderful car that I love and have made some new friends in Alexandria, Virginia! You can read the reviews, believe me, they live up to the hype! I am a believer and I know that when I am in the market for my next car, or family/friends are looking, I will be referring them to Select Auto Imports! To my amazement, they had a car that exactly… matched what I was looking for. The staff was responsive and helpful, and I wound up buying the car on my first visit. I delayed writing this review for a few months to see how the car was working. When I took it in for the Maryland inspection, the mechanic told me that he had done testing on a lot of cars from Select Auto and always had found them in good condition. And, in the two months that I have owned the car, it has worked fine. These guys are very good.
