2016 Ford Escape

We are very satisfied with the vehicle as well as the customer service we had received from the sales representative. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Shelor, and… if we decide to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future, this dealership will be at the top of our list. Great service from patient and knowledgeable folks

He was very knowledgeable about the cars and their components and was able to answer every question I had and explain it in an easily digestible manner. He was patient in the buying… process and made himself accessible to many calls and emails. we were able to reach a consensus on numbers and he quickly had my new car brought in from extended inventory. He and the whole sales team did a fantastic job and I could not be more satisfied and relieved! Excellent Service

Time required for this quality repair was much quicker that expected. Overall, our expectations were… exceeded and we are very pleased. 5 Stars for Paul and Charlie
by Gloria57 on 09/21/2014updated 10/03/2014I give high marks to Paul McKeag and Charlie Taylor, they were very nice to work with, very helpful and really worked with me to see I got the vehicle I wanted, and I am appreciative. My only complaint is, the car is equipped with a keypad… on the outside but no one at Shelor thought to make sure they knew the factory code was available and the car has been at Shelor since May. I am sure just something no one thought of but it is going to cause another 50 mile trip for me to come back for the code to be retrieved. Also, only one remote key fob was available and when I called back to ask Charlie if I could get another one, he was very helpful and got it approved for me to get a second one. My opinion is that when the car came in with only one remote key fob that at that time Shelor should have had a second one made to have when the vehicle was sold. But other than that, I am a satisfied customer and very pleased with the service from the Auto Express Care when I came up to get the nitrogen in my tires. 5 Stars to Paul McKeag and Charlie Taylor, but a few less stars for the Shelor organization over all because of the inconvenience in having to make another trip up for the key code and second remote key fob. Although, a coupon for some help on my gas might make it all better! :) I really like my Ford Escape!!! Thank-you! by nokiejo on 09/02/2014updated 09/24/2014Every time we have had service done at Shelor we've been 100% satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, etc. We had our car lined up this past trip because it was pulling to the right.… After driving it for several days, we now notice it pulls slightly to the left. Its not a big problem, may have it checked on the next trip in. Thank you.It's great to hear that you had such a positive experience and thank you for the positive feedback.
