    Got quick appointment to replace 2 front tires, alignment. Upon arrival, I discovered rear tires also needed. No prob; dealer had stock. Work done as promised.

  • Incomplete work

    Terrible experience, and I’m not very surprised. I took my car for a vehicle check and oil change service, and I explained to my service advisor that sometimes there’s a smoke coming from the hood, and also there’s a noise from the front of the engine and it’s constent. She goes you have an oil leak so you need to replace the valve cover gasket, oil filter housing, drive belt tensioner, and the belt. Which added up to about $2900 keep in mind the majority of the cost is for labor. I come pick up the car 4 days later and I looking at my invoice I see that they changed the coolant fluid without my approval and when I asked the service advisor she said that there’s oil mixed with the coolant so they had to flush it. Don’t ask me who the oil got inside. However, this is not the issue. The isse is the noise sound is still there and when I asked why isn’t my car completely fixed she said the noise is from the compressor, but the noise doesn’t go away when I turn the A/C off. I wasn’t convinced so I asked for a manager to speak with, but I couldn’t. I come the next day and had the chance to speak with him explaining everything to him, he brought a technician and his diagnose was different than the first one, this time he said the noise is from the alternator. I’m not surprised as I mentioned because this is not the first time they wrongly diagnose my car. (2013 335i xDive)

    My Service Advisor, Frank, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the car, answered all of my questions, informed me of the Café, and promptly took care of my concerns with the car. Not only would I recommend this Service Center, but I would recommend that you ask for Frank Khalife, too.

    I've been to this dealership several times now. I've never taken a car anywhere as fast, comfortable, friendly and cost effective. I have used other dealerships in the area when necessary and they do not compare to Fairfax BMW. I truly believe that they give you the best service possible.

    Absolutely the best car buying experience EVER and we’ve lived and bought numerous cars in this area since 1981. Honest, transparent, no pressure, great attention to detail. Stellar example of what buying a luxury car should be but all too often isn’t. Special kudos to Erick Bautista who was totally committed to making us happy. No attempt to upsale anything, just total candor and focus on customer satisfaction. This is our first lease ever and Erick, Ryan and Jafar took time to make sure we were aware of every wrinkle. Very happy With the fair price we got on the new vehicle as well as the trade in. Highly recommended!!! We’re proud BMW converts!!!

We had a slight hiccup shortly after leaving the dealership with a sensor being triggered for low air pressure on the back rear tire only to find a nail in the tire. Mike Wallace and James made the awesome decision to find a solution for us as new clients and they earned our loyalty and gratitude by doing so.
