Bought a Kia Soul thru Beyer Kia recently- the process was smooth, cordial, and professional. Happy with the car, too!

  • Great car buying experience!

5 out of 5 starsby HeidiWT on 01/01/2016

My husband and I drove from Maryland and showed up at the Beyer Kia showroom at 1:15 on Christmas Eve afternoon, knowing we wanted to purchase a specific Sorento. We were fortunate to work with Eli Meltzer, who was patient and informative as we debated the options we wanted, and who made the entire process of purchasing our new car an absolutely stress-and pressure-free experience. The staff who stayed until 3:15 (75 minutes after their Christmas Eve closing time!) were all friendly and helpful, and made this the best car buying experience we've ever had. Love our new Sorento, and can't recommend this dealership more highly. Make sure to ask for Eli!!!

  • A Black Friday Deal

Several thousands off the sticker price, I purchased a new Kia Sportage with all the amenities I needed: backup camera, Bluetooth, heated seats and a color that wasn't boring. The dealership was considerate of my time and flexible with their offers. I wasn't pressured. It was a great overall experience: Don Beyer Kia Falls Church was outstanding in all areas.

  • Nice Experience

My wife and I had a very nice experience purchasing our new 2016 Kia Sorento XL6. Kamerin was very helpful.

  • Great buying experience

5 out of 5 starsby Wuster on 12/26/2014

Overall, it was a great buying experience. The details of the pricing was provided via email ahead of time, so I knew going in what the final "out the door price" would be. There were no surprises, no sudden increase to the price, and no high pressure sales tactics. The experience was pleasant... or as pleasant as car buying can be. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Beyer Kia in Falls Church.

  • The sales experience

    1.3 out of 5 starsby capt4 on 08/21/2008

Like other duel dealers, Kia has made another fatal mistake, as kmany manufacturers before them. When you put a Kia brand next to a highline highdollar car like Volvo, you bound to find Sales people who do not want to sell this car. The corporates at Kia make this mistake again here with Kia in Falls Church. No one comes to greet you, you have to come into the small showroom, and hear them complain that they just became a dealer with no inventory worth selling. The salesman are not as professional as one would have one believe. In fact they are no at all content with Kia products. It was a turnoff and I walked out. I have decided to go and buy my Kia ar another location and will service it there also
    • Okay so the Capt is back after a two year absence. In his follow up he must have to be absolutely honest. This Edmond"s forum has to have some impact. They have done a 360 degree turnaround, in sales and service. They not only built a nice showroom and have knowledgeable sales staff, they are going the extra two miles. Not to mention they are attaching the Beyer experience to the Kia brand. So if your in the market its now a five star dealer by the Capt standards.

    • A neighbor of mine went to Don Beyer, again they were also turned off. The salesman explained that " This car needs to be in rental fleets" "Due to the quality of the buyers, who have little credit or bad credit the car has an image problem." I wonder is this what your looking forward to in your experience Well, I recommended they go to the dealer of choice, in Fredericksburg Virginia. It may be a little bit of a drive , but they are not #1 three years in a row by mistake.

  • Skip this dealerhsip, too many sales gimmicks

They talk a good game but there are many gimmicks in their sales process. Kia Salesman told me several things which were incorrect. First, he said if I buy a kia Sorrento I only need maintenance every 7k miles which was a strong factor in buying the car. Turns out it needs service every 3k for oil change and so called factory service check every 7.5k. So, I am forced to do maintenance twice as much as I figured, which is a time consuming thing. Salesman also said I would be given a loaner for life if I bought the car from them. This was also a huge factor for buying from them. Turns out, they only give a loaner for the 15k service intervals, which means for every 4 consecutive services, only once will you get the loaner, and the other 3 times, I have to wait for the car, again a BIG time waster for me! Third, the salesman will show you some numbers for the car, but when you get to the finance department, they allege an error in the quote and bump the numbers up (sales price)! Their financing department messed up my paperwork several times, once during the financial transaction, and again after I was finished with the sales, they had me come back to correct the contract, so I signed the third one with them. Also, they messed up my additional warranty dates but received an updated warranty from the company, not the dealer! They pushed for the so called paint protection and seat protection package for $750 which turned out to be a rip off, and not worth it….do not take it!
  • When we buy, it will be from Beyer Kia

Just got back from test-driving two Kia models at Beyer Kia in Falls Church. It was Sunday, and they're normally closed, but a salesman was there doing paperwork. He brought us in, gave us brochures, let us drive any model we wanted. While we were out, he set up a spreadsheet with pricing on different models. He showed us what rebates would be applicable, etc. Gave us his card and we went home - no pressure, but he spent a good amount of time with us. When we buy a Kia, it will be from this salesman - Omar Pinto - at the Beyer dealership in Falls Church. He was great.
