Mike was very laid back and had a great knowledge about the vehicle he sold us. Mike never put any pressure on us to buy theā¦ vehicle and made the whole sell more of a conversation than a sales pitch. The car was priced right and we even got a tour of the dealership while we were there, I have to say this was a great car buying experience and I'll gladly refer anyone to Steven Toyota to see Mike.great experience

Before he showed me any cars, he just listened to me and what I said, and suggestedā¦ the perfect vehicle. I had a trade in, and was exceptionally pleased with the value I was offered, and I must say, this was by far my best sales experience with dealers! M) has sold us 4 of those 6 vehicles and I can reassure you that the knowledge and experience of Mr. M.ā¦ lacks in nothing. I have been treated with greatest of respect... I have bought Toyotas for years and have dealt with 4 different dealerships and this is the friendliest and most affable I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Traded in my 2008 Sienna, which they have been maintaining for a year now and the service department is knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Patrick. For you people with negative comments about the personnel at this dealership, I dealt with the public for 30 years with AT&T and sometimes an [violative content deleted] just has to be treated to match their personality...really!!Great sales experience

I found what I was looking for on the showroom floor and Cody and his team answered all my questions and madeā¦ me a fair price without the normal sales games waisting everyone's time. They even let me drive the vehicle home that night before purchasing or depositing any money to give me time to make up my mind. Great sales team and a great car. Really enjoying the new ride. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop and talk with Cody.What a Joke!!!!!
by fastlane96lt1 on 01/07/2010I went in to help my grandparents look for a used veh. we arrived there and everyone acted like they were so busy but in reality they were just standing around. i made an internet appt. and was being helped by "buzz". We wanted to look at aā¦ 2006 ford taurus with 31k on the clock. We looked at the veh and took it for a test drive. First thing I got in the veh i could tell somethings were wrong. 1. the shifter handle on the transmission had excessive play in it. ( a tall tail sign that the transmission had been removed) 2. put it in gear the the markings to tell you what gear your in are not lining up correctly ( refer to above statement ) 3. the transmission sliped badly twice so after test driving the veh we returned back to the dealership and the salesman asked how we liked it and how a great car it was and well i told him it did not go well at all I informed him that the transmission has been removed and replaced and some point in time. Well "buzz" proceeds to get an attidude with me and ask how do i know this. So i informed him and he was not happy. He became extremly agressive with me and my 70 yr old grandparents and told us we could just buy a new veh. well thats when i lost it and told him off and asked them what kind of product are they trying to sell people here. I mean this car had serious problems with it. We ended up telling him for pound sand and left the dealership. I will tell everyone never to visit this company or buy anything from them because they will try to take advantage of people who don't know what to look for. I am an ASE certified tech and service consultant and it was apparent that "Buzz" did not see the bright white patches on my sleeve!!! I will never set foot in there unless it's for a business purpose. I will glady take my grandparents business else wereI actually considered calling the police
by jjhenders on 12/11/2009Steven is a high pressure, unethical business. I gave someone my car keys to evaluate my trade-in, and when negotiations broke down, they wouldn't give me my keys back. I would say, "Just give me my keys so I can leave." Of course, theyā¦ would then start to slightly sweeten the deal. After what seemed like 20 minutes of this nonsense, I eyed a phone sitting on a desk and actually considered (in all seriousness) calling the police. I felt like I was being held hostage because I couldnt leave. Between the lies at steven and the lies at [another dealership], I wound up going [elsewhere] to buy my van. I vow to never set foot at Steven Toyota again (which is too bad, since I am fond of Toyotas, especially Camrys).Horrible Dealership
by pickps on 07/20/2009Price changes from the lot to inside the building. Salesman tells you one thing on the lot and then that number changes once you get inside. Then they try the switch. Manager after manager will come over and hound you over and over.ā¦ Northen Virginia beats their prices hands down.Good deals to be had...

Compared to the dealership in Winchester, my experiences at Steven Toyota were a cake walk. The sales team was willing to deal, new vehicleā¦ pricing was realistic and fair, and they gave me a great trade-in value for my used toyota.2014 4 Runner

We also had our newborn son witb us and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure our lilā¦ guy stayed happy. On to the car buying, they got me into my 4 Runner cheaper and quicker then was expected. Went there with 1,500 cash not the greatest credit by any means 3 hrs later I was following my wife and son back in my new ride. Anyone who is looking for a new or used car skip all the hassel and shopping around and just head on down to Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg Va and ask for Leo. If hes not there no worries you will still have the best car buying experience you have or ever will have guaranteed! Thinking of trading in one of our cars on a new sedan or truck and will be back at Steven when we do.Great service!

Car was in great shape and Steven Toyota Service replaced the rotors and buffed the carā¦ without jacking up the price. Car was meticulously cleaned and am very happy with it.Painless

Leo was over the top friendly and listened to everything we wanted and what we were looking for. And the finance guy workedā¦ surprisingly hard (compared to everywhere else we went ) to get our payments to where we wanted. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and we werent there allday. Definitely recommend
