However, on my last scheduled appointment I was not entirely pleased with my service as I requested to have my vehicle at a certain time. I was told this was… attainable and in the end it was not. I would have been able to make proper arrangements in advance had I known, but I wasn't notified. I was contacted when my car was ready( finished with service) which was 30 minutes after the time I requested and had a prior engagement to attend. Even though this particular experience wasn't the greatest, I am hopeful for improvement, yet over all I still enjoy the overall customer service I'm given each time I have my vehicle serviced!Service

Good service
by Kelley on 10/19/2018I liked the complimentary car wash and vacuum. The oil change rate was great price. My only complaint would be that I was told my car was “almost done and won’t be very long” yet had to wait another 2 hrs. I’d prefer to just be told up… front it was gonna be a couple more hours versus “almost done”.Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.
