by WildBill88 on 01/05/2016Even though I was a walk-in customer with no prior appointment on the last day of the month, I was able to get a safety inspection for my '01 Honda Accord. By also consenting to a free multi-point inspection, the safety inspection fee wasโฆ waived... and after being informed that my transmission fluid was dark and needed changing, I agreed to let your technician perform that service for me. I was on my way again after about 3 hours in the customer lounge, but considering my walk-in status... I'm satisfied.It's humbling to know we were able to exceed your expectations.
