    Brought my vehicle in for a warranty issue and a maintenance service. All went well, was given a loaner while mine was being repaired. As always, superb service from Steve and the maintenance staff. All issues resolved.

    My sale rep, Kervin Ridgley of MercedesBenz of Richmond knew exactly what I wanted. This is the second MB that Kervin has found and sold to me. He patiently explained and demonstrated all the new features that I love. I also love the style of my GLC300 SUV and plan to take more road trips because of its size and comfort!     Chris Garland, the Service Manager, was most helpful, as usual. He is always accommodating, understanding and friendly. An engine service light came on unexpectedly and Chris was able to fit me in the schedule and help me with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. He kept me updated on the status of my car and everything was handled as represented/promised. It was an excellent experience.

    My wife and I found a GLC Coupe online, which met our top "would like to have" options, at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond. Unfortunately Richmond is an 1 1/2 hour trip from our home in Northern Va. Further frustrating, the local Dealerships, explained transporting the vehicle to Northern Va. would cost us around $1200. After a few conversations with one of your Salesman, Jen, we decided to make to trip. It was one of the best decisions we've ever made in purchasing a car. Jen was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional in his salesmanship. We were equally impressed with Cathy, in your financing department. She too made a normally stressful process, very easy. Similar to Jen, Cathy was also very experienced, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. My Wife and I laughed on the way home, that we now know where we're purchasing our cars in the future and how quickly the 1 1/2 hour trip home felt.

    I bought and sold vehicles numerous times but none from a branded dealership. I have a perception that there is no good deal to be had in a branded dealership because their overhead cost is higher than other smaller dealership, or any car dealership for that matter. So instead I bought and haggled with private owners. Accustomed to detail cleaning and filling up the tank as soon as I take possession of the vehicle. However at Mercedes Benz in Richmond I was wrong. My salesman Mike Rosen, his manager Mike Lawrence, and financing manager Kathie Mclain took great care of me and provided excellent service. Mike Lawrence even offered to fill up my tank if I drive back home 3hrs not purchasing the vehicle. And I was not even purchasing a Mercedes Benz, I bought a trade-in pre-owned Porsche. The vehicle was spotless inside and outside, seriously even under the rear seats -I checked because my kids seat back there, and the engine bay was spotless - I like a clean engine bay. And the fuel tank was full. A real new car experience. I could not wait for my wife and kids to get in it that day I took it home, which in the past something I hold back until I detail clean the vehicle. Mike Rosen thank you for getting me the discount I asked for, and Kathie Mclain thank you for efficient processing of my financing and paperwork. This is a long review but this dealership deserves it.

    The best car buying experience Ive ever had. Unbelievably pleasant staff & environment. Anticipated my needs, super professional...and accomodating. I wanted to be out of there ASAP and they clearly did everything they could to honor that request. Example: I mentioned that I needed to grab my Ezpass from my old car. Someone overheard me and cane running to supply me with the special tape thats used to mount it. Saved me a lot of hassle & I didnt even have to ask.

    Each time I've had service done at the dealership everyone was very professional, courteous and forthcoming with the repairs and cost. I am very pleased with their service.

    I had to change all for tire to my vehicle and I purchased my vehicle off the show room floor. Therefore, purchasing a new vehicle the tire on this vehicle has less that forty thousand miles and need all four needed to be changed. From my perspective the price should have been a lot less than what I actually paid. I believe the tire where less than advertised; nonetheless, this particular service call not withstanding. I am pleased with the Richmond Dealership.
