Was from out of state and I Purchased a BMW XM from this dealer. Hakim was a great sales associate to work with. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in making a smooth transaction. Will be referring this dealer to family and… friends.

My major concern is, and I have stated this several time since, the waiting room for service has hit rock bottom. It's like a bus station. Sorry,… but there is no comfort! But I suspect your organization has hit hard times. Not good for customer support.Wouldn't expect less

From the call to set up the appointment to Peter's reception when I arrive, to my departsure everything always goes very smoothly and professionally. One small disappointment -- the waiting… area seems to be deteriorating. When I first came it was sparkling clean with lots of different amenities. Of late that has not been the case.CLA250 Purchase
