Every time I come in for service I receive first class service from everyone from the friendly service advisor Marco to the General Manager Jerry Halloway… who makes every effort to ensure customers are being served well. Its always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Lindsay VW. There are many VW dealerships, but if you want to deal only with the best of the best theres only one.Work with Bob Derby!

As with my first purchase Bob was informative, courteous, and understanding… of my financial circumstances throughout the buying process. He helped me make a really satisfying and practical choice with my second vehicle. I'd recommend working with him -- and asking for him -- to anyone on the market for either a new or pre-owned Volkswagen. He knows all the models well and clearly enjoys the work with customers. He also has a good sense for the business side of the industry and maintains a personable, easy-going manner while genuinely trying to help customers.Great customer service!!

by Dasinga on 10/06/2017Ok... so car dealerships suck. They are terrible! It always feels like sales people are slithering around you trying to close in on their prey. Right? Well, I spoke with Joshua Jay at Lindsay a few weeks ago about the car that I wanted… which was an R-Line Atlas. The R-Line was not yet available, but recently came out! Sean Deal happened to follow up with me the day I was about to buy from another local dealer, which had the car I wanted. He offered to work on the price and to make sure I was taken care of. For whatever reason, I felt comfortable and took the bait. :) When I arrived, they worked to get me the exact car and trim line that I wanted. It arrived the next day. Although there was a slight discrepancy with the car, Sean and Jerry (the managers) took care of it for me in no time. I am extremely happy with my car, and feel as if I finally have guys who I can trust at a dealership! I have bought a ton of cars, haggled on price, dealt with sales people with no integrity, and left with a good deal. This time I walked in to a team who was ready to receive me, knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and delivered... period. My family and I will be going to Lindsay for our next car. Thanks, Joshua, Sean, Rebecca and Jerry!Excellent service

Pete and his team was able to quickly identify the issue and get my extended warranty insurance to cover it. They also uncovered transmission trouble and… got me an entirely new transmission through insurance as well. Very professional and will get your car fixed right the first time.Best Experience Ever!!

He gave immediate and constant attention throughout the transaction and even afterwards. He… got us an awesome price, where no one else could meet or beat it. We kind of wish we had more to buy another car because it was such a welcome change of an experience we would love to get another one thru Lindsay Vw with Rajesh again!! In 37 years of buying cars, this was the first enjoyable experience didn't have to haggle with the price or wait forever to receive response back from them. Once after doing our research locally, we put out inquiries thru the internet at 7:30 am to five dealerships with specific cars in their inventory that were advertised on car gurus.com and cars.com. Much to our surprise, Rajesh was the first to call at 8:30 am! He kept answering our questions immediately and was able to give us an out the door price that was lower then invoice pricing. He was very attentive. The other dealers vaguely emailed and a few called by the end of the day, but all of their prices exceeded the price Rajesh gave us by thousands. Once we were at the dealer, everyone was so attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! They are worth the travel. We traveled over five hours to get to their dealership, but I would have gone twice that far to deal with them. I gave them five stars but would have selected 10 stars!!Service
