by Jessica on 03/02/2022Overall the experience was great! Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and without being pushy, helped guide us in our choosing of options. While the wait time was not something controllable due to the… worldwide shortages, Mike was available every time I requested an update on the vehicle's progress. Once the vehicle cleared the port, arrival at the dealership was quick and pickup was very smooth and quick! Looking forward to having fun in my new SQ8!!Reviews like yours are truly a breath of fresh air! by James on 01/15/2022I feel fortunate to have found Checkered Flag during my internet search for a GT4 and in particular, Tyler Allen. Several dealers/companies from whom I received responses had great initial responses, but follow-up was problematic. I had… no such issues with Tyler, who continued to exchange texts and emails, despite his being away from work with Covid. I highly value Tyler's bringing Joe (your service dept) into the indoctrination process when I arrived at the dealership. Joe had great insights to offer about the car and it's intended application (i.e., track days). All in, I would have to say that my delivery experience with Checkered Flag was superior to other Porsche dealerships from whom I have purchased new Porsche automobiles.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us!
