by Prossj on 02/05/2015The people were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The maintenance team did a superb job, providing accurate information about recommendations for other work to be accomplished; and remembered my inspection requirement when I forgot… it!!!Class Act at Warrenton Toyota
by Nico_P on 01/06/2015Every single person that was working there was friendly and and willing to help if someone else was busy. I did not feel pressured or hassled to make a decision and when I left with a new vehicle to drive I knew in the back of my mind that… I was in good hands not just with the car, but with the service that Warrenton Toyota displayed during my day spent there to purchase a 2014 Corolla. The guys and gals there did everything they could to help my financial situation even when offering me more than the KBB value of trade in to help lower my monthly payments. Thanks So much! You Guys Rock!Couldn't be happier!
by Erik_Jo620 on 12/31/2014updated 01/07/2015The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt like VIPs the moment we walked into the dealership. Everyone who worked with us was the consummate professional (Dan Abel, Jean and Marcia specifically). We couldn't be happier! Not so good first experience
by myfirsttoyota on 11/13/2014updated 12/09/2014I called and asked about options on a Tacoma that other dealers told me that I could not get, and Warrenton Toyota was able to confirm and get for me. And at this time ordered new truck.Great Experience
by ThomH456 on 11/01/2014updated 11/17/2014On-line appointment schedules; very professional service technicians (Red Team); timely service; actually notified when work was completed (didn't wait until the 5pm call that most service centers use).Tony is still number 1.
by Cotton256 on 10/06/2014updated 10/21/2014Tony Van Houten is the best service person to ever step foot into Miller Toyota and now Warrenton Toyota. Despite Miller Toyota being closer to my residence, I'll gladly drive the distance to have Tony take care of my and my car.10/07/14 visit
by Gracenhope on 10/08/2014updated 10/21/2014Tony was extremely friendly and had them wash my car since it was so dirty from the rain that had occurred earlier in the day.Fantastic Price
by MELott77 on 10/03/2014Justin in Service was very helpful...very straight forward...even though I live in Woodbridge about an hour away....I will be coming back here!Spectacular Service
by RobertBT on 10/02/2014The service was spectacular. Justin provided a very detailed description of the options and dropped by with an update. And the waiting area was very well appointed. After considerable anxiety about a flat tire far from home, it was a… welcome relief.Great Experiance at Warrenton Toyota
by iratating on 08/12/2014We'd like to thank Frank L for making our visit and buying the new RAV4 an easy experience. He was patient with us as we asked many questions. He took us through all the items in the car, and was very thorough. My Wife and I were pleased to… have him as our salesman. Going through the finance part of the sale was smooth also, thanks to Marcie C, she was very personable, and knowledgeable . I have been going to Warrenton Toyota for service on my 2005 Matrix, and have been very pleased with all the service personnel.Bulan D
by bulandavis on 06/19/2014Quick and efficient. I was briefed completely by Jason who made me feel very comfortable. When I arrived, Jason was on the phone with another customer but one of his fellow workers fill in and got my process started instead of having me… wait for Jason. Good teamwork!rav 4
by 98lbbaron on 06/18/2014without too much haggling I felt like I paid a fair price for my RAV 4 and I liked my Salesman Fred L.Be wary of service recommendations
by toyota4now on 11/15/2010I have been to Warrenton Toyota numerous times for service -- without reviewing our receipts, I would say at least 7 times, often for routine service such as oil changes on one of our two Toyotas but also for major service. While the… service people and facility are nice, I have a few qualms about my service experiences and will be wary in the future if I chose to use them. I took my Sienna in for the 90,000 mile service, which they charged me $642 for. My service manual says that replacement of the timing belt is supposed to be included in that service, but it wasn't. I realized this a couple of months later when they recommended that I replace my timing belt, along with a few other upgrades (driver belts, water pump, cam shift, etc.), to the tune of $1,000 plus. I went back and reviewed my service manual and asked why I didn't get the timing belt replaced at 90,000, as the official Toyota manual says I should, but didn't get a straight answer (I still had my receipt that showed they did not replace it). Something about the dealership changing the 2002 checklist (though only in recent weeks, well after my service) and now recommending it as an additional charge if necessary to replace. In my case though, it wasn't recommended until 10,000 miles later, when the service people suggested that I spend the $1,000 plus on various repairs. This for a van that has been religiously serviced at every minor and major service point throughout its life (though not at the Warrenton dealership since we haven't lived here that long). Anyway, I suspect that they purposely avoided making the timing belt replacement and instead just "inspected" everything to the tune of $600 and then later tried to hit me up for the replacement belt, which they should have replaced at 90,000 per the Toyota service manual. I should have been more careful at the time to review everything they did and ask for evidence if necessary (old filters, etc.) Then our driver's door auto lock mysteriously went out very soon after they went into our door panel to replace our heated external mirror (that to the tune of about $300). They said the problem had nothing to do with the mirror repair -- just a coincidence that it happened soon after -- and they told me it would cost $478 plus tax to fix that problem (a weak actuator motor supposedly that needed replacing). Then, lo and behold, the auto lock function started working again out of the blue several months later. Glad I waited on that suggested repair, as I am still waiting to do the timing belt repair since I don't know if I can trust their opinion of its condition. Anyway, I am growing suspicious of their recommendations and realize that if we do take our vehicles back there (mainly because we live so close by) that we better really double check everything they do and question everything they recommend. Too bad that as a loyal Toyota customer and a loyal customer of this dealership we may have to do this, but it seems they may just be trying to maximize service revenue from every customer, based on my recent experiences (FYI: the incidents described here occurred over the summer/fall of 2010). Bottom line: Be wary and double check everything they do and recommend.Excellent experience using Internet sales
by hyseas10 on 09/07/2010This is the fourth car we have purchased using the Internet. Looking at other reviews, the first rule for any dealership is to request the "drive off the lot" price. Every dealership out there has different processing fees, taxes based on… where you live, etc. So while the advertised price is nice - it is also pretty meaningless. We asked for the "off the lot" price on a Prius (after providing my address for tax purposes) and received a quote by email. We compared that price to others in the DC area for which we received an "off the lot" quote. Warrenton Toyota offered the best price for the Prius we wanted. We went to Warrenton Toyota, met with L.M., and bought the car for the quoted "off the lot" price. Simple, efficient, and a pleasurable experience. Highly recommended. My internet quote was meaningless when I got to the dealership
by jmu73 on 08/15/2009OK, CARS is in full swing and demand is high for certain vehicles. Nevertheless I submitted a request for an internet quote on a RAV4 and got a "special internet quote" back that indicated an apparent $ 800.00 discount from MSRP. The… language "Your special internet only price is $ 23,219*" followed shortly back "The MSRP of the vehicle you requested is $ 24,019." seemed to indicate an $800 discount to me. Drove 45 miles to the dealer, went for a test drive, and set down to buy the vehicle when I found out that the little asterisk in the internet sale price quote referresd to a note in very tiny type on the second page of the quote that added back the $ 800. Turns out my "special internet quote" was an offer to let me by the vehicle at full MSRP. How special is that? To me it smacked of "bait and switch." The internet quote lowballed the price enough to catch my interest and get me to drive to the dealership. Once there the magic asterisk was used to justify the addback to full MSRP. I felt I had been misled, folded up my paperwork and left. I don't think I'll go back anytime soon. I'll just wait for CARS to expire, wait 3 months for vehicle inventory to build and then check out another Toyota or Honda dealership closer to home
