by SRaph_1 on 12/23/2015I have tried numerous times with other dealerships over the last 8 years to work out the purchase of a car via email/ internet to minimize time spent in the dealership negotiating. This is the first time I was successful. I found the car I… wanted, emailed the salesperson, he had the exact car I wanted waiting for me that evening. I loved being able to start the process online with the internet sales manager, Cyndi Mullin. She was awesome, answered all my questions, and saved me a ton of time. And my… onsite salesman, Drew Dixon, was the best- honest, knowledgeable, sincere, funny, approachable, and truly concerned about customer service. I visited two other VW dealerships that were located much more conveniently to me before coming to Karen Radley VW. However, the other dealerships made me feel like I was being taken advantaged of and not at all respected versus the warm and attentive reception I received at Karen Radley VW. And, once I made the decision to lease from Karen Radley VW, the signing and paperwork process was the fastest and most hassle-free I've ever experienced. I was greeted by a salesmen, who seemed extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, decided to purchase, was… given a wonderful out the door price, and then applied for financing through VW credit. Everyone that I worked with that evening was a pleasure to interact with and made my first car buying experience wonderful. We told him what we wanted in a car and when we didn't care for the first car he brought for us to try he found two other cars with approximately the same mileage and price for us to look… at. He listened when we told him our needs and then quietly and effectively met them. He was polite and caring in his dealings with us. I called the General Manager Rod E and received the best… customer service with my trade-in vehicle and new Passat that purchased. Even when I arrived at the dealership to fill out necessary paperwork and pickup the vehicle, I was treated well and taken care of by Rod and Drew. I explained the car that I wanted and she found it within 24 hours . she then scheduled an immediate appt. with a sales consultant,Josh C. who took us from paperwork to having the car delivered… from Pennsylvania in about 48 hours. Iy was exactly the one I wanted ! Ryan P. got us a great rate and the financial paperwork was completed quickly and painlessly. This was altogether the best car buying experience I've ever had.Katie, congratulations on your new purchase! I hope you are continuing to enjoy your new vehicle!
