    The sales representative was very friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted and got the car that I liked. He did not try to push some car off on me just because it has been on the lot for a long time.

  • Buy a New Car Elsewhere

    Buy a new car somewhere else. Received misinformation and then they try to rationalize it with no backing. Was pressured into buying a new car that I could not afford. They tacked on all kinds of charges and it was very confusing for a first time buyer. Learned a valuable lesson that was costly.

    I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and I had a great experience! I'm a sales expert myself, so I feel as if I can detect good talent. Priscilla was my representative and she was extremely patient. For me that's tough because, I'm a "do your homework kind of guy." And her price was the best value of all the places I shopped around. Be sure to ask for her direct line. It's worth saving the money by dealing with her. -Mike B

    Although we encountered a hiccup with a third-party dealer from which my 2015 Tahoe originated from, Nathan was a consummate professional, rectified the situation, and ensured I was ultimately thrilled with my new purchase.   • Great Customer Service

    Lindsay was not the first Chevrolet dealership I visited, but it's where I bought my new 2015 Tahoe. After a bad experience at another dealer, I was not looking forward to starting the process all over again. The team of Kelvin Mitchell and Nathan Hathaway is what sold me on Lindsay. Nathan responded quickly to my on-line inquiry, sent me potential vehicles and worked with me over a week to set up an appointment. When I finally could make it in, Kelvin walked me through the various programs I qualified for and took the time to explain how we would get me into the Tahoe I wanted. Both were very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and had all the answers (or got the answers) to my questions. These two young men are masters of their craft. Making a customer comfortable with the product they are buying is very important and these two knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Lindsay Chevrolet to anyone looking to not dread purchasing a new Chevy!

    I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Spark from Nathan Hathaway at Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge. He made me feel comfortable and at home and was never pushy. I went in very anxious to have to deal with a car salesperson and the whole car buying experience but came out very pleased and with the car I wanted. I highly recommend Lindsay Chevrolet and Nathan Hathway to anyone who needs an awesome car and an awesome salesperson.

    I had a great experience with Lindsay, specifically my sales rep Dorothea Pack. While the initial vehicle I went to the dealership had sold before I was able to purchase, Ms. Pack helped me find the perfect truck for a wedding present to my soon to be bride. She went above and beyond to help with the surprise of the truck, even going out of her way to make sure we had a bow on top for the big reveal. I would recommend Ms. Pack to anyone interested in a vehicle at Lindsay. She was very accommodating to my schedule and making sure the truck was a wonderful surprise. Her service knowledge of the vehicle and the overall lot inventory for the specific vehicle I was looking for were outstanding. She was personable and a true pleasure to work with.

    What an incredible experience at this dealership. Nathan H's customer service skills were superb!!! I have been looking for an efficient SUV for months doing indebt research on a few makes and models and by far the Mazda CX-5 has far exceeded my expectations in gas mileage, efficiency, and comfort. I have found the 2014 Mazda CX-5 on USAA Car Buying Services with Lindsay Chevrolet as one of their certified dealers. The vehicle was listed as a 2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport, AWD, 4,600 miles, Navigation System and One Owner. I have contacted Mr. Johnan J who was listed as the POC on the listing. When I did not receive a response from him, I decided to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Daniel, one of the sales managers and was introduced to Nathan who ended up being my Sales Consultant. Since I have done my research and homework on the vehicle, had with me the CARFAX report, I was not interested in looking at any other vehicles but the particular one in mind. Nathan took me to take a look at the Mazda and explained to me some of the features. We then went for a test drive with him driving first then we switched. He further explained the controls inside, the features in the middle console, as well as the information panel on the dashboard. While on the test drive we could not get the Navigation System to work, kept pressing the button, switching different views, even looked at the manual to figure out where the navigation card should be installed. Nothing!!! The vehicle DID NOT have a Navigation system and it was FALSELY advertised. I'’ll come back to this later. After the test drive, Nathan and I came back to the dealership to begin our price negotiations. Talking about hours of going back and forth on my desired price. I have to say that Nathan was extremely cooperative and even though persistent at his job duties as a sales person, he was trying to be accommodating to my budgeted vehicle price. Bravo to him! After serious deliberations with going back and forth to ask his manager to agree on my price WOW, what a show that was – we had finally reached an approved price, about a $1,000 more on what I initially wanted to pay but I had given myself some wiggle room just in case. Lastly, the Navigation System came back into the question of why we could not find where the slot for the card was??? Well, we found out at the end - after we had already agreed on the final price that in fact, the vehicle did not have a Navigation System. It was ready for one, since it had the center screen console with a Navigation System button on it. Nathan was once again extremely professional and understanding to my disappointment and immediately offered to drop the price by $750 apologizing for the misunderstanding and the false advertising. I was extremely happy because I did not care for the Navigation in the first place – it was just a Bonus that came with the car I was more upset with the principle of false advertisement! Keith from Accounting/Finance was another perfect example of great customer service and taking care of you. I was going to finance a portion of the price through USAA, however he was able to get me an amazingly low interest rate through U.S. Bank. It all worked out perfectly at the end I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically ask for Nathan H. Do your detailed research, compare prices, have a Carfax report on your chosen vehicle and most importantly do not be afraid to negotiate until you reach your desired price, you'’ll be surprised on the outcome. Thank you for an amazing experience and an incredible deal on a new Mazda CX-5!!!

    I have been purchasing automobiles for over 25 years, and I have never had such a wonderful experience as I had at Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA. Even though they are currently in the middle of a huge renovation, the dealership was as neat and well organized as the Ritz Carlton! The staff was extremely cordial and made me feel as if I were dealing with family. Mr. Alfonso B is a rock star!!!!! His superior knowledge of the automobiles and the products that the dealership sells is outstanding! Alfonso epitomizes true honesty, character and a great desire to meet the needs of his customers. Throughout my entire buying experience, he made me feel as I was the only customer in the dealership; he answered all my questions accurately and thoroughly, listened to my automotive needs and desires attentively and responsively, he truly valued my time, and displayed the utmost hospitality. Alfonso also knew absolutely everything about the car I wanted to purchase. He introduced me to all the departments of Lindsay Chevrolet, and ensured that before I drove off in my new car, I was fully integrated into the dealership's service department schedule for future routine service on my new car. Now that is dedication to service!! Alfonso even had my car washed and detailed before I left the dealership!! I've had my new car for a week now, and he's even called me twice to ensure I was happy with my purchase and just to see generally how I was doing. I wish I could clone this guy and have him on my staff in my office!! We sure could use his dedication to excellence! Mr. Alfonso B is deserving of the highest accolades for his superior salesmanship, extreme professionalism and dedication to world-class customer service. The finance department at Lindsay Chevrolet is too great for words!! They found the best terms for me and financed me efficiently and effectively. They are the greatest financiers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have truly found my new car buying home. I will always shop at Lindsay Chevrolet, and I encourage everyone in the metropolitan Washington to purchase their automobiles there too!! Keep up the great work Lindsay Chevrolet!!     I purchased a 2014 Impala from Lindsay Chevrolet and Kelvin M was my seller. Kelvin did an outstanding job of going over the car from bumper to bumper. He answered all of my questions and he was very professional. When I went to finance, Keith O did everything he could to fit my budget with the loan and really got my payments down. This is the best experience I have had purchasing a car.

    The buying experience was pleasant and Nathan ensured my wife and I received the best deal. We purchased a 2015 Tahoe LTZ (top notch). The finance portion is usually the most tedious; however, the finance guy was answered all our questions and ensured we received a great rate, better than other top banks such as USAA. As long as this dealership keeps up with honoring great pricing I will continue to buy vehicles from them.

    I recently bought the car from Lindsay Chevrolet and Nathan has made a very smooth deal. His sale technique was brilliant. Even though I made offer below the market price, normally you see the change of tone in seller voice but Nathan handle it very well. His positive attitude and dealings made my mind to just only buy that car, not going to other dealer. I would highly recommend my friends and family to buy the car from Lindsay Chevrolet Woodbridge VA, Nathan would be the person to deal with.

    I recently purchased a 2014 Corvette Stingray from Nathan at Lindsay Chevy. I had not dealt with this dealership or Nathan before. As this car is in high demand, my dealings with Nathan with his great product knowledge, and frankly, surprising flexibility with the dealership in negotiation. They had the car I wanted and were great in dealing with me, especially Nathan as my sales person, the sales manager and the finance guy. Well done and highly recommended.

    The sales experience with Lindsay Chevrolet was good but working with Mr. Mohammed Morid was great. It was so refreshing to work with someone who seems to take great pride in following through and being an ethical human being in a dog-eat-dog industry. If Mr. Morid is still around when you visit this dealership, then it probably means that this dealership is an ethical and good place to work for (not easy to find these days). I plan to post this same testimony everywhere I can only because I think it is worth publicizing when you find good people and not just when you want to complain and vent.

    An ad from Lindsay Automotive Group popped up while I was surfing the web. Since I have been contemplating trading my vehicle for a newer model, I completed the information to have a Black Book Online Trade Appraisal e-mailed to me. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from the Internet Sales Manager Billy Riggs stating that he would call me about my online trade appraisal. Mr. Riggs called me and asked me to come to the Woodbridge dealership. Upon my arrival at the Woodbridge dealership, Mr. Riggs was less than professional. However, since I had driven over an hour to get to the dealership, I was prepared to work out a deal that would be beneficial to me. After reviewing the Black Book Trade Appraisal, I knew that I would need around 15K to get into a newer model vehicle. So, I figured with the rebates and my 10K (cash), it would be feasible to trade in my vehicle. Mr. Riggs did not take my credit information, did not ask to see my recent paystubs or anything that would indicate to him that I was not a serious buyer. So what followed was quite confusing. Initially, he stated that I would need 5K and then he went back in the dealership and I heard a voice make a comment "She wants to buy a Corvette!!????". I didn't hear the first part of the conversation, so I was puzzled by the loud outburst. When Mr Riggs returned to his desk, he said I would need 10K down. However, these were statements that were made without getting any appraisal of my vehicle or the pricing of a new vehicle. I was confused about the handling of this Internet Inquiry, so I wanted further clarification. I called the manager Paul Smith and he was very dismissive. It was shocking to receive such customer service from a company that sent me the following e-mail: "My name is Billy Riggs the Internet Manager for Lindsay Chevrolet. Why Buy Here? Lindsay Chevrolet is the number one Chevrolet dealership by volume and customer service for 2008. We are also the only Chevrolet dealer in Northern Virginia with the "Mark of Excellence." My Goal is your complete satisfaction. I will accomplish this by respecting your time and getting you the most value for your dollar." Not only did Mr. Riggs disrespect my time, he disrespected me as a person. When I tried to address this with the manager of the dealership, he was dismissive and condescending.
    • The unprofessionalism from the general manager on down is really surprising considering the dealership has been awarded the mark of excellence. Just how bad are the rest of the Chevy dealers? The one thing that really turned me off was hearing the General Manager dropping the F-Bomb numerous times like a drunken sailor in ear shot of potential customers. I was totally turned off by my experience at that dealership.

    Even though we arrived late on the night of a holiday weekend, our sales associate, Nathan, didn't hurry us. He spent a tremendous amount of time happily answering our questions, arranging our test drive, preparing our paperwork, and then helping set up my onstar account. As if that weren't enough, after we left he discovered that the crew who cleaned our car accidentally left the floor mats out of the car. Nathan contacted us at the restaurant where we stopped for a bite on the way home, then drove the mats to us there and installed them for us. Talk about going the extra mile, literally!
