Awesome Buying Experience!

Had great knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing, and worked with me through every step… along with the finance manager. I believe his name was Neem, but he was great as well. Worked hard to get me a great deal, and be able to drive off the lot that day. Overall the dealership is awesome, and the folks I came across were great!Lucki930-Congratulations on your new ride! Be careful!
by David Cook on 05/17/2024I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Lindsay Chevrolet. I traded in my vehicle on May 4, 2024, and was assured that the payoff would be made before it was due. However, on the due date, the bank had not received the… payoff. I spoke with the Sales Manager, who told me that the payment was sent on May 14, 2024. Despite this, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed that no payment had been received. On May 16, 2024, I spoke with the General Manager, who claimed that the payment was taken out of their account on May 15, 2024. Yet, as of today, May 17, 2024, my bank still hasn't received the payment. They also told me that I didn't need to make my current car payment because they would ensure it reached the bank before it was due. Now, on Sunday, May 19, it will be 10 days late, and I will be assessed a late fee unless I make the payment myself. I used my payment as part of the down payment on the new vehicle, so I might have to scramble to find the money in my budget to avoid the late fee. Additionally, when I purchased my new vehicle, they wouldn't tell me how much they were giving me for my trade-in. Instead, they said that the finance department would go over all of that when I went in to sign. This lack of transparency made the whole process stressful and frustrating. This dishonesty and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Not only was I misled about when the payoff payment would be sent, but I was also kept in the dark about my trade-in value until the last minute. I expected better service and integrity from Lindsay Chevrolet, and I am deeply disappointed with how this transaction has been handled.
