Horrible/Deceitful
by Heather M on 11/27/2022I had to choose a star to make this post, please don't misinterpret that star as positive. We drove 5 hrs. from Pa to see an advertised truck. At 10:30 last night we verified the truck was there by text with our salesperson. He also said… they open at noon and he would see us, he was off today. Drove down today to pick up the truck and was told it was sent back to auction yesterday! Then was told they would make it right, yeah right another truck with less equipment for 8k more. I see others has had this problem as well. We will be contacting the FTC along with GM tomorrow. This is false advertising and it's illegal! If anyone would like the information to pursue legal action on their own please let me know. Heather MWe’ve received your comments and are reviewing your feedback with our team.
