by cavvet on 11/05/2010We bought a car from them half cash half finance. When the paperwork was DONE they handed me one computer key. I asked for the second one and they said that was it. I priced a key- $250! :O I called them and asked the GM for help, he… told me it was mine and there was nothing they could or would do. I wrote the Owner who told me they were done with it. I had to eat a $250 key. If they had told me upfront I could have made the decision. If they had tried to work with me I wouldnt have felt [violative content deleted]. They promised in writing to do body repairs. After this issue they offered to send my $145 to cover bodywork atthe shop of my choice. Its over $400 worth of repairs. The car also is missing spare tire jack parts and the headlight was broken. They claimed it had a 100% safety check before sale. Its more than their shady sales tactics and lies, its their refusal to address issues brought to them the second you sign the paper. Avoid Valley if you want honesty or customer service.Easy

I wasn't sure if I even wanted to buy a car, but was looking for a great deal with the " employee pricing" sale. It took me quite some time to make up my… mind, and I didn't feel rushed at any time. When I decided on what I wanted, they had to make an exchange with another dealership. They had the car that same day! I had my own financing, and didn't feel pressured to buy any of the add-ons ( extended warranty, clear coat, window engraving...etc.).Great Service at Valley Pontiac buick GMC!

From regular repairs, to body work, to warranty service, and most important, after warranty service to repair expensive manufacturer defect. The dealer fixed at no charge to me and went… after GM for costs. The service is always quality. Staff are polite and professional. How many places can you spend your hard earned cash and feel confident that the money was well spent? At Valley Pontiac GMC I do.Body shop repair
by shakah on 08/15/2007I had to go in to get my truck fixed after it was broken into (busted lock). Very professional and polite. The job took excactly as long as they said it would take. Best price in town. They didn't try to add other items to be fixed to… the bill, unlike other estamates I had gotten. If the sales staff is as good as their body shop, I know where I'll be buying my next truck. A job well done to Brandon Wright! In a world where it seems that everyone is trying to make a buck off of you (or your insurance company), this is very refreshing.Use extreme caution
